- Grad| 6 repliesIn terms of surveyors, what was the quality like? Are they more respectable than the sales team?
- Nan replies to JusticeforvictimsWrong part of the country.
- Nan replies to GradIf you have read through any of the posts on here. I think your question is answered. "Justice for Victims" has been doing a lot of work in trying to stop to these companies.ripping people off. The Rate Reduction "business" has been discredited, both for private homes and business over almost two decades. It is a rip off and a con.
- Justiceforvictims replies to Grad| 4 repliesCvs saving grace is that they don't charge up front.however their fee structure is far more expensive than any of their major competitors.they will put an appeal in whether you have a chance of getting a reduction or not.i personally would go for a local surveyor or one of the major players like Gerald eve, lambert smith Hampton, wetheralls, eddisons colliers,gl Hearn etc who will tell you from the outset what your chances are.they will be far cheaper as well.

Company No. 08925375 - Nan replies to TamYou could be right. That was how it was spelled on the other number.
- befair replies to Nan| 11 repliesSo in your views, every single positive comment about this organisation are fake? So what about all the fake comments? Should we assume that every one of them are real? Just because they're negative? There could be any number of reasons that the positive comments have been posted. Maybe CVS have asked them to post? Maybe they were searching the internet for a contact number for the company in order to contact them, and just happened across this site? Assuming that every positive comment is fake but all the negative ones are genuine is double standards in the highest order
- Justice for victims replies to befair| 10 repliesI would like to respond to your post to nan.maybe some of the negative posts are fake.on the other hand maybe some of the positive posts are fake.however there are some issues that need addressing as to how cvs conduct themselves.firstly their links to strattons and oldfields are undeniable.then we have how they persistently phone people up telling them to put an appeal in without having any idea whether there are any grounds.this blocks up the system creating a backlog.then if they fail with an appeal and a third party is successful they try to claim a fee.i have had first hand experience of this.basically I told them to take a running jump and heard nothing further.and then their fee structure.fifty percent of each years saving.that is downright obscene.perhaps as you may work for this firm you may like to respond.
- befair replies to Justice for victims| 9 repliesI wasn't talking about how CVS work, I actually agree that their charges are too high. I just feel that some of the posts on here are slightly unfair. And in response to your assumption, no I do not work for this company, I am simply researching a number of these firms and happened across this website
- Justice for victims replies to befair| 8 repliesSo having researched a number of these firms what have you gleaned.i await your response with interest.
