I was called today, same message as above. I did not respond.

Automated message advising as I am under 60 I have a short time to claim £1000 on a pension fund

Asked to   use keypad to redirect call..... did not!!

So how can these calls be stopped? I am registered with the TPS, but obviously that's not preventing them

u can't stop them - it i orgnised crime based, mostly in india - this same number is also

Number called today and left a message "as you are 60 or under......" - on my mother's phone. She's 99 next birthday!

I have written to my MP about this c**p a number of times, wonder how many MP's have Directorships of these companies? Agree TPS is a waste of space.

Be warned, these call centres are 3rd party companies that as soon as you answer their calls they pass you through to the companies that are dealing with these refunds/ PPI claims etc, but they claim commission for every call they put through. Therefore, if you do not recognise the number - don't answer it!!!!

And yes TPS is a total waste of time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Third time.  The calls from this number are a recorded message saying because I am under 60 (I'm not!) I am entitled to £1000 because of private pension. Then says to press 5 to proceed or 9 to be deleted

once you have recognised a problem number via this forum, go to TPS and confirm you are registered. If you are then go to ICO here to log the call:

If you aren't registered then register with TPS, then complain if you still get nuisance calls.

Companies get round the law by using offshore companies routed via the UK - cowboys!!! Who would want to use the services of any company that operates like that?!

TPS/ICO do not deal with individual cases but the more people that register and log complaints the better chance they have of stopping the calls.

got a call today from this number couldent hang up on it reporting it to TPS

Silent call number now barred.

Call from this number saying

"Urgent, this is about your private pension bonus" at which point I put the phone down.

Just had the same call, put it in my blocker & reported it.

bettyis the  time  managed to.trace this number . Numerous,calls to mother's phone promising a one off payment of 1000 pounds as she is over 80 . Have checked with private pension provider and state  pension. Both state that it is a pension scam. DWP have stated that the police is involved in tracking this scam

Called today, nobody spoke when I said hello a few times so I just hung up! It's annoying me because I'm waiting on a call about a potential job!!

Just received call from this number, did not answer and they left a silent message. Just reported them to ICO.
