This number rang 10 minutes ago. Recorded message. No company name given. Said I needed to press a certain number to "claim £1000 pension bonus". Kept saying it was urgent and I only had 6 weeks to deal with it. Claimed to know my age as that was why they were ringing me.
Reported call to ICO. Maybe if enough people contact them, they will eventually do something.

Answer machine gets full of these recorded scam messages while we were away on holiday.

My mother is 96 and she is getting calls from 01618263251.  It is upsetting her when there is nobody there.

Yet again, another useless and silent call from this crowd - and once again reported to ICO.....

Are the ICO actually doing anything about this ?. I think not as its been going on for for too long now...... will report it anyway ....

don't be put off with the 'TPS can do nothing about it' statement. Follow the link on the TPS website to the ICO (Information Commissioner's Office) and use their complaint form, and it does cover this problem.

The More People Complain, The More Chance We Have of Getting These Scammers Shut Down

I received a call from the above number today. I only anwered with my phone number and gave no name. A recorded message informed me that I had a £1000 unclaimed pension sum to come and asked me to press 5.
I hung up immediately as it was obviously a scam. No one would give that information without identifying the person who picked up the phone.Watch out!

Yet another call from this f***ing lot; they are really pi$$ing me off big-time. Surely there must be some legal breach in what they are doing. They are as bad as the PPI chasing mob - all of which seem to be calls from Asia or indeed using Asian operators.

Marketing call received

Got a call from this number saying if I was 60 or under I was entitled to a payment of £1000 and to press 5 to call back or 9 to unsubscribe.  I am on telephone protection service so will report this to them - I don't expect it will do much good though as the callers will have some way of denying ownership of the number.  It's obviously a scam to get a list of "live" numbers for selling on.

Yet another call from this number torpedoed by my answerphone.  Rang back and on being invited to press 9 to achieve removal from calling list I hung up at once.  I heard a long time ago NEVER NEVER PRESS 9 AT SOME UNKNOWN CALLER'S INVITATION.  I susp-ect it may be the reason a severely disabled chum of mine is now being pursued for a debt he could not have incurred.

No message on the answerphone. Number now in my call blocker, hopefully that is the last I have heard from them. There must be a way to stop these scum scammers. I might just throw the phone away, its becoming that useless.

Same call and response as all the above ,why cant these calls be investigated ,the stress they can cause is awful.

It's so very annoying to get these calls. I do wish it could be stopped. I already have a system on my phone for stopping these calls but they still get through!!!

They called me too today. If anyone from this company is reading this ... don't go through the bother about having to press 5 or 9. Just send me the £1000 !!
