OK, so you're worried about being scammed by a company, but are quite happy to give out your details to "Justice forvictims" on a web site that is actively known for the scammers themselves misrepresenting, positively reviewing or providing alternative "help"?

I take great exception to your post.i do not want any money from her.i want to stop people being scammed.read my post to her.is it not self explanatory.do you really think there is a chance of a reduction.

Although this company were not going to get a penny out of us, despite threatening phonecalls and rude staff thinking they know better than anyone else, Justice For Victims has been really helpful and reassured us - so thank you!

If you are recieving calls from this company - just tell them where to go! Total scammers.

Here's th giss ,,he convinced me ( surveyor) that there where ground for appeal  on the basis  my rates where to high because historic 1. Over charging ,size wasn't measured correctly.

Actually had th St. Albans  district  surveyor  in before to check,

In a nutshell he lured and duped me by technical  analysis

I have been looking at some of the companies on here that have terrible stories about been ripped off by these so called business rates companies - and YOU nan seem to have something to say on every single one of them!

Before you have a go at nan perhaps you should direct your vitriol at me as it is me you should be more concerned about.when you look at the firms who have closed down recently idc,duncan regent,Higgins and Thomas,dps etc after having scammed numerous clients by taking substantial monies upfront and doing nothing in the majority of cases is it not surprising that people are getting fed up with companies who are still operating in the same way.before you come onto this site get your facts right.to defend these companies is like defending the indefensible.this firm have ripped off many clients on a pack of lies.just remember I do have the evidence.

To those directors at sj associates it appears you have taken no notice of my comments.not only do you have court cases impending but you are still conducting business in the same immoral and devious way.you were warned but have paid no attention.to refresh your memory wakefield last week.

You can actually appeal the business rate your self for free.. go onto the V.O.A and read the 12 grounds to which any appeal will succeed.   Thses so called rate specialists can do no more then what you can do and often miss represent them selfs which is criminal.

If you paid any part for this so called service on a credit card in full or part paid under clause 75 of your C.C agreement then claim a charge back for misleadingly being sold some thing they couldnt possible provide

Wish I researched first paid this company and got nothing reported them to trading standards!!

I have been paying for 75 sq mts at £44.50 for over 7 years due to the vo not having checked my details so whilst
like any company check your own reviews not always good reading its people who want something for nothing moan they have sorted out a massive mistake and saved me money if you can say you have never charged someone wrong or sold the wrong thing  you are probably lying

Out of approx 6000 appeals they have submitted they have a success rate of around 10 percent.that means out of every ten appeals,nine fail.you must have been very lucky.i say it again they are con merchants.

yep been conned by this company has a so called "surveyor" come into my business to check if I was over paying on my rates which I believed them, my rates actually gone up by a result of this! they said they will not refund me my £695 I paid! disgusting!
