But don't worry about any of his threats has he will not turn up in court he clearly doesn't have a soliciter has he would have told him that his terms and conditions are worthless and they would definitely have represented him in court. Just keep it really clear in your head if you think what he has done is illegal it probably is and if you have some evidence like copies of e mails and prints of pages like these you will be fine. Remember no matter what he tells you your business will not have appeared on the front page of google every time some body typed it in therefore he was breaking his terms and conditions by not delivering what he said,and no matter what he tells you he will not be able to prove it did. Have you got evidence he used google in any form in his correspondence this is also illegal. Hope this is of some use to you the judge is very understanding and allows for you not been or having a soliciter.

Thank you ADT, sounds like there's absolutely nothing to worry about then and the threats of Debt Collectors and Court Cases are completely empty threats, I did also ask a solicitor about this who said it wasn't even worth me paying the solicitor for their time as what DCC are threatening is complete nonsense, but thanks for the clarification.

DOTCOM CHROME UK is NOT a real company.
Its a very good con set up by Jamie Mcdougall who runs the scam from a small office he rents in  sale manchester.The address looks and sounds good but its a small rented unit within a large building with many other companys.He also does nothing he says he will apart from take funds out of your bank using your card number which you gave him at the start.
He is not linked to Google in any way will not get you in the top 3 on the first page of any site.
Everything they promise will not happen.You will be treated very bad for your money.
VERY UNPROFFESIONAL COMPANY AND PERSON DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!
If you have been ripped off take him to court and you will win he is being watched by the police,trading standards and Google.

And btw, what do you think YOU have on your credit files? You might just want to check that because credit card companies don't think nicely of businesses that keep having charges reversed on them - especially as often as you do.

So that's  250 signed up each week, 1000 a month. That's 135,000 pounds a month (assuming most of your clients cancel within a week). I hope you're paying your income tax properly. What a tragedy if you were to get audited!

I think you'll find that the Ostler Carriage Company didn't lose in court, they had to have the date rescheduled. So far, nobody has lost in court to Dotcom Chrome. Mainly because Jamie doesn't show up.

The guy who runs the scam is a very uneducated idiot/thug who is slipping up big time on fraud & theft chargers.
I am also working with someone in the USA  at the moment regards DOTCON,good thing is when he is charged by someone in say the states he will have to face the music over there and unfortunatly for him that Government does not look after conmen.

i was pestered by calls for 2 months from these guys pushing Google addwords, it seemed legit enough at the start the guy was very charming and chatty, when I finally decided to do a deal with them he wanted payment over the phone with my card details, i said its not how people do business 'oh its now its a matter of trust between us'  he kept repeating.  I nearly fell for it but I then I asked for a company email from their finance department he got a bit uppity and when it came it looked a bit suspect. He was back on the phone 10 minutes after the email landed in my inbox the classic 'rush through the sale job'
Then the penny dropped, i noticed the office noise in the backround on his phone sounded like it was on a loop as i heard the same voice saying something i heard before. Anyway when he called back I told him in dragons den style 'i dont think this is a proper business deal and IM OUT' and don't call me again. But lucky thanks to you guys I also read this post SO THANK YOU ALL. AND BE CAREFUL OUT THERE ONLY DO PAYPAL FOR BUSINESS!

I am looking into it,but report any threats to your local police in your country.Speak to a solicitor regards taking him and his company to a court in your country.Most solicitors will give you 1 hour for free.

What country are you from.I am also going to the press with this story you could do the same in your country.

I also think Barclays bank are looking into his fraudulant ways of scamming cash.More people watching this guy than the TV on FA cup day.
