1. The police ARE NOT actively investigating dotcom chrome or myself please do feel free to call PC Andy Jordan to confirm the same
2. There is no investigation via trading standards into dotcom chrome and certainly hasnt been any visits from trading standards to any of the dotcom chromes many offices
3. Each address for dotcom chrome is real. We also sell virtual office space within these buildings. Please feel free to contact us direct for an upmarket address or call answering service
I intend to keep this short and sweet ( as per previosu comments) and I will not be psoting any replies. If you have a genuine concern or problem you may bypass all the staff and managers and get straight through to me on the email above. If your concerns are not genuine, you are just blogging like a child, are an ex member of staff, a local competitor please grow up and find something to do with you life
And finally to NUGGETSA our chargeback ratio is less than 1 %, anythign over 1% would result in the account being terminated. Please worry about your own business rather than ours

- NuggetSAJamie, I find it unbelievable that you have experienced less than 1% credit card chargeback ratio. I guess that means your ridiculous threats and intimidation do actually work. "Illegal Chargeback- International visa laws have been broken. Responce required within 48 hours" does look quite scary as an email subject header even with the poor spelling. But when I 'phoned my bank about this they actually laughed it is so ridiculous.
- i am the one and onlyoh an nugget SA ( quite a fitting name well done) why dont you call any mercha nt provider and ask them what happens if a merchants chargeback ratio is higher than 1%, they close the account haha. To the idiots posting responces please refrain from doing so, there really is no need to lower yourselves to these peoples level. Find some integrity, the lot of you and email or call and stop hiding behind blogging it really is silly, that goes to all parties, half the crap on here is ridiculous and offensive and very much childish! Nugget SA our chargeback ratio is less than 1% it really is that simple, if it goes higher than 1% the account gets shut down, it has nothing to do with threats, a chargeback is a chargeback as soon as the chargeback is approved by your bank, so regardless of wether we persuade clients to cancel the chargeback or they pay the money back it is still registered as a chargeback against us, if the ratio goes above 1% we would have our account terminated.
The point the silly chap named "one and only" makes above is quite true however, we only sent that email a handfull of times to a handfull of clients and we did it months ago so perhaps you should try moving on, seriously you must have better things to do with your time than worry about us. Think about it, 3-4 months ago you recieved this email, you illegally got your money back for marketing which was provided yet you are still here! Find something to do.
To "one and only" please refrain from impersonating me, half the things you list above are wrong anyway, I sold the Aston Martin weeks ago, the apartment is 3 bedrooms and I do not have a butler, I have a cleaner there is a difference, furthermore I like my steak medium rare, not well done! And I dont drink wine, whoever you are knock it off its silly!

You obviously dont have a genuine complaint which you "really want sorted" because if you did then you would actually email like 3 people have already, considering there is 22 pages of rubbish on here, 3 emails is quite pitifull in all honesty so to the rest of you, just like ANON, either find a backbone or get a life because this is very very boring At present we are opening up 3 new sales centres, Madrid, Manchester & Washington DC, I am still picking up emails so if you email ( which will take you 5 minutes, rather than me spending days and days asking every customer if they have a problem, I will pick it up, read it, and make a decision on how to deal with it. If your complaint is ridiculous then I will tell you so eg. I didnt listen to the compliance officer when she rang and said this contract will renew for 1 month each calendar month from the date of entering into it" however if your compalint is genuine eg, we took a payment after I had given my 30 days notice period, I will refund it, no red tape.
ANON- Our anual returns are due to be filed with companies house over the next 3 weeks, perhaps you should take a look at them and then tell me our business isnt successful, does your business bring in 200k + per month every month? I didnt think so, the model we operate works, for us, for our clients, for our partners, for our staff and from our partner websites and affiliates. Yes we make mistakes, yes we get things wrong people have lost their jobs and procedures have been implemented to ensure these mistakes are irradicated ( not sure about the spelling) Each and every call is now recorded, both inbound and outbound, We are having a CRM database being built by Microsoft, VOIP is now being used to record and monitor sales calls for training and verification purposes, our debt collectors have been fired, we now work with a local solicitor who represents us in county court, Our sales Manager in Edinburgh has been fired and replaced by a non commission based Compliance Manager, to sum up, if you actually have a complaint against the company, chances are it is a complaint from months ago so you either bring it to the table, or you stop blogging like an 8 year old and get over it.
Our staff can not blog from the office computers, we have blocked all of these sites aswella s email access etc, so any members of staff writing silly things online are doing it in their own time from their own homes, as you can imagine, this is difficult to track!

Our claim is legit and has all been sent in emails to you, with no response and when we called we only got abused, ...but no probs here as we have our money back from the bank. No number of threatening calls or anything else your so called "company" tries work when we know we are in the right and have our refunded money to show for it...especially when the debt was not real.
Don't you think that it's a sad day Jamie when the only way people can communicate with you is via a complaints website, because everything else we have tried has failed?
By the way still waiting for a call from JOHN the guy that posted on here apologizing for your staff and companies behaviour. Again he promised to call disgruntled customers....and surprise surprise that didn't happen. But hey the fact that you state on here that there are toooo many to call says enough. - JMDamage Control is right.

Ps we sold 389 new contracts this week, so the client base has gone up again, as it does week on week, although we did recieve 34 cancellations this week also, were still up. Our business model works. Why would you call me when Iv asked you to email me? In fact dont answer that question, yoour a bunch of children, jelous of our success and obsessed with us, it makes me feel quite important and proud that you could becomne sooooooo obsessed with us.
And damage control? you dont know the meaning of the word, if this silly ofrum actually stopped the company gasining 200 + new clients every week then we would indeed rebrand.
