I got a call this morning at 11.30am, I found very unusual, becuase I have a Tesco Internet Phone number 0203 save me money and avoid thoses annoying sales calls as it comes ex-directiory, and it's also connected to my fax line just incase sky needs to get in contact or the internet phone packs up or something, and they called my fax number which is a 0207 provided by sky talk so that I can get sky broadband, the weirdest thing is, I just got my 0207 phone line from sky last week tuesday, EVEN FOR A RANDOM DIAL NUMBER I FIND THIS VERY SUSPICIOUS.........IT'S A NEW NUMBER!, I will be contacting sky soon to ask if they sell my number to organisations because this is just not right, but the greatest thing about this is, my fax machine has a block feature on it, which means, if it answers it, it says "your call has been rejected", this goes for all withheld numbers as well as the block number feature, the phone is connected to the fax, so it won't ring if theses numbers calls, TAKE THAT COLD CALLERS.... HAH!

01789 999 99999 number picked up from 1471 only.  Number had rang at 19.16

Called at 7.30am - not pleased!

This company called me in the UK telling me I won a free holiday for 2 weeks in Fl. All I had to do was pay some taxes $700 in total. I refused, they got heavy I said I work in IT and I'm not stupid. They tried everything to get my card number finaly saying the fee would be just $1.99 to register the winning. They refused to send details. We parted.
I registered a complian with the FL Dept of consumer afairs.
