Ajit Patel is a Joke replies to Alan
Just another lie. He'll be use in the back-office somewhere training more tele-sales scam agents. He knows too much about the scam operation to be discarded. Knowledge is everything, it can be passed on and retained in house. Do you know how much it costs to train good scam agents? A fortune. You need a good trainer.

Ajit Patel owns the Sanda Wellbeing call-centre in India using an Indian company with the same name.

Sanda Wellbeing Ltd became Natural Wellness Products Ltd in the UK. He own this.

The call-centre was previously Goldshield's . He also owned Goldshield.

Ajit Patel, onetime King of the Pills, is also King of the Scammers. Never forget that.

Yes we can't let Ajit Patel carry the can as the Managing Director and owner of Natural Wellness Products Ltd now can we? Nice scam, keep up the scamming and feigning innocence. You are all common criminals. 45 pages of complaints spanning years and the Goldshield NHS scam carry more weight than your words ever can. Empty promises, repeated over and over. Nothing will change until the entire criminal operation is disbanded in the UK and India and all the perpetrators are put on trial for fraud.

Don’t forget, as you heard on Radio 4, the easiest route for dispute resolution is to contact the BBC.

Like the listener who wrote in, you will receive an immediate refund.

Media savvy is Scam savvy :-)

PS: When will Ajit's date of birth be corrected at companies house?

My 86 years old mother had a call from this lot. She's got short term memory loss and couldn't remember what her handwritten notes with Rose X and the number 6377623 referred to. I will be checking her bank account details tomorrow to make sure these cowboys haven't conned her. She's on medication prescribed by professional NHS care staff. She doesn't need whatever rubbish this lot are selling.

my mother was contacted today by someone called Simone from the Senior Citizens wellness centre, after a lengthy chat about her health tried to gain her card details for a payment of £14.95 for Pomy tablets. My mother declined but they have rang her three times. These people are cons, but how did they know her name and number?

Had a call similar to all above, same phone number etc, Indian lady called herself Nellie, very polite and very knowledgeable,  went through all my ailments etc and told me several things not to eat, to help with my arthritis, after about 25 minutes said she could offer me below the recommended retail price, offered me a three month course of Rosex and a carton of pomegranate juice for £51.50p instead of £99, like a idiot I accepted and gave my card details, she said there address was Lifestyle at Home, 32 Ballmore Avenue, Celtic Court, Milton Keyes. Bucks, MK18 1RK. phone number 0208 6190195, this was only a couple of hours ago, but as soon as I put the phone down I checked the phone number and was sent to this site, have been in touch with my bank, they put me through to the fraud department, who can,t do anything as yet, as I have to see if they take any more money out or I don't receive the goods, looking at all the comments left they were all 2 yrs ago, so does anyone think they are starting again.

The Wellbeing Clinic contacted my gran and tried to sell her the POMY tablets for £16, quoting the benefits of the tablet and how well it had helped the caller's mother. The caller was on the phone for 45 minutes trying to sell her this wonderful product, my gran in the end had to hang up on the caller as the caller tried every angle to secure her sale. My gran says the lady on the other end of the line sounded Asian and her sales pitch was about her mother who was 97 and now walked on just a walking stick instead of the Zimmer frame she used to use.

Well done, your Gran.  She is obviously a very smart lady.  Sanda Wellbeing are scum.  They target elderly and vulnerable people, pretending to be "Health Professionals", which they are not.  They are simply thieving scum who are out to steal as much money as they can from the trusting elderly.  They neither know, nor care, what medication the victim is taking, or what effect their rubbish will have on that medication.  Someone on one of their other 'phone numbers had had some of their products analysed and the contents were rubbish.  In addition, although they say the "tablets" are only, say £14.95, when they have the card details they take amounts like £149.50 and send many boxes of their rubbish.  They keep taking money and sending rubbish until you manage to stop them.  They should be reported to Trading Standards.  The more people who report them the sooner something will be done.  For those people whose elderly relatives have actually been conned out of money, then that should be reported to Action Fraud (City of London Police) via their website.

I have just received a call from the  Senior Citizens wellness centre, trying to sell me Pomy at a reduced price. My wife who is a Trading Standards Officer has confirmed this is a scam, you can buy cheaper a your local health shop.   Unfortunately this is not illegal as once you agree to the price a contract has being made. Be warned, and do not give your card details.

The trouble with the Sanda scum they say their rubbish is at a special price of, say, £14.95 and then take £149.95.  Most elderly people do not record their calls so have no proof of what has been said.  There are elderly people who have lost hundreds of pounds, in some cases thousands, to this lot and there does not seem to be any way to stiop them. All people can do is keep reporting them to Trading Standards and Action Fraud.

These people are at it again. They called my grandma yesterday and tried to get her to buy rosehip supplements for £14.95. Luckily she does not give her details out to anybody over the phone so once they figured she wasn't going to pay, they insulted her and hung up.

I tell you why we can give a verdict "Sarah" - it's because there are 9 pages of negative comments about this company. The director of this company has a shady past and has been involved in other fraudulent companies. You want to Google similar companies to this one - Elbon Wellbeing, Natura Heathcare and Vitabeing amongst others and you will see all of the negative reports made by other people. You know as well as I do this company preys on naive, elderly and vulnerable people to peddle their expensive junk. Just because they provide their company name, address and "licence no" (incidentally, in England we refer to this as a company registration number) this does not mean they are not a scam. It does not even mean the address they give is a true address of theirs - as all of these companies have connections to Goa and Mumbai. The company is not fake - you have got that right - they are sadly very real. They are also deceptive, unscrupulous, devious, untrustworthy and ruthless and in no circumstances should they be listened to.

Hi I clean for an 88 year old disabled lady, she recieved an hour long cold call from this company today, I heard it all as the old lady had the phone on loud speaker. Both women she spoke to were Asian Lily, then Rose. Basically she was told celerex?  Supplement based on celery seeds would help with her joint movement, she has fibro myalgia?  Amongst other ailments. I didn't like to interfere whilst she was on the phone as it's not my place to do do, but I expressed my concern to her after as to the legitimacy of this company. My old lady had no idea how they obtained her phone number, but she paid for a 15 course, only to be pressured for ages to up her order to 4 months. I was getting really quite cross listening whilst I polished and mopped!  My old lady in the end put the phone flown on Rose, only for Rose to ring her straight back and pick up the conversation like nothing had happened!  my concern is now what do I tell my old lady!  Is she in danger of losing more money now they have her card details?  I don't want to worry her but don't know what to do?  Any advice?

This is a nasty scam that operates from Goa or Mumbai, India. These people are just unscrupulous salespeople that rely on continuously direct debiting elderly people's bank accounts for useless supplements they do not need.- just like Sera Wellbeing, Vitabeing and Elbon Healthcare amongst others. Look up the similarities of these other companies by searching them on Google. This company seem to be one of the longest running and most prolific and there is some alarming information about the fraudulent activities of one of the directors involved. There is enough information on this thread that should convince your employer to cancel her bank account details and cancel all future dealings with them - otherwise they will just continue to call and up-sell their useless garbage.
