I've been getting calls off these people for the last two weeks, we had one call last week at 9.20pm! I was putting the kids to bed so didn't have time to tell them not to call again! do they not have a cut off point. They called at 20.20pm last night I was at work so not sure what hubby said to them?

I work from home and seem to be getting more and more of these calls (from this number and others) where they use clever machines to call, then when I answer I have to wait for their operator to be ready to talk to me.
I find that this is extremely rude and if no-one immediately says hello and all I hear is the background noise of their office I immediately put the phone down.

Called twice today - we're registered with TPS - but to no avial

The TPS doesn't cover it because the calls are marketing calls - they are not trying to sell anything.

They called this morning after several attempts during last week (I used the ansaphone to screen the calls and didnt answer them). I told them I wasn't interested in speaking to them, that I was registered with TPS and (as they had been making subscription offers in the past, this was a sales call by defination) they should stop calling me. I demanded that they remove my number from their list - she agreed. I'll keep this site updated if they call again.

They have been calling an old lady with Dementia, frightening her and causing distress

this number keeps ringing me... ive had at least 5 calls from them in the last 2 days!!! this frustates me.... i dont want my phone to be ringing all day... never answered the calls....
i have a samsung mobile... and i added the number to my 2reject list" which means next time they try to call , my phone will automatically reject it..

just some advice for a hassle free way to stop them...

Number has repeatedly called, does not leave meassage on answer phone and if phone picked up immediately rings off.

I mailed telephone@ipsos-mori.com and asked for the number to be removed, had mail back appologising and said it would be removed within 48 hours
No calls so far... time will tell

I have TPS and until the last month I have had no problems, this and similar organisations have now started calling at least once a day. how do I stop them.

I received a call from 02088618682 last night even though I am on the telephone preference service.

I got back yesterday from 2 weeks abroad. I had 10 missed calls from this numbers - no messages. They have never tried to contact me before. I am registered with TPS.

Number called me up at 21:20, began asking me a series of questions without any real delay. When I started giving the answer "No Comment" to his questions he became violent and started threatening me unless I answered his questions. When he finally started using profanity I explained to him that I am a Police Constable and he has broken multiple laws on a few public acts. Least to say he hung up immediately.

Keep getting calls during eve/weekends - My Spare Time! really annoying.

my Nan keeps getting calls from these people. she is elderly & disabled & frankly doesn't need it! have politely just emailed them (telephone@ipsos-mori.com) & told them as much. will have to see what happens.....
