I may have made a terrable mistake. They called me at a time when i was having trouble with my computer. They knew all about my system and said they were from windows and had been noticing a lot of viruses in my system-so i let them in! They spent about 2 hrs cleaning it up,so they say-- after that they insisted i buy a warrenty because mine expired. They have several plans starting at $99 for 6 months.  I decided not to buy until i checked them out. THe guy was very persistent and said he would call back in an hour. I deccide to contact Verizon my internet provider-they no nothing about these people. I went on line with Microsoft and they claim they do not sell warrenties it must be a third pary-it is. My big concern is that i like a dummy let them in my system. I wonder if they decided to download my confidential files like a tax return or other important info. I could kick myself right in the A----. I do think they are a ligit company to some extent, but i wonder.

Merseyside area. 2 Calls today, missed them both. Googled it and found 47 pages of comments here. Oh let them phone me again, I will have some fun with them because I have lots of IT knowledge.

This number has been calling me every day for weeks. They don't even speak. Getting really peeved off!

Obviously they have moved areas i'm in Surrey and have a missed call from them!

this number must now be used for other things. several calls over the last few days all silent till last one when he said he was from the loft advisory service!

I have had two missed calls this at 11am approx.  I am not sure if this is the company who have tried in the past to bully me into revealing computer and telephone details.

When answering try "Good morning IT Solutions Ltd - who do you wish to speak to?" When they give a name say "I'm sorry no one of that name is employed by this firm"  Hopefully they will have the brains to understand that they are dealing with a company and not ring again as they are looking for easy targets.  Also by giving a company name they are less likely to sell your details to other scam merchants.
Pity our Ofcom doesn't have the will to block these callers - I bet No 10 Downing Street and MI5 don't get these calls.

all weekend this number has been ringing, never anyone on the line, driving us mad.

Received a call from these people. When I asked how they got my number the guy responded "we know everything about you" major creepy! Even after asking him to remove my number from there list they still call. Getting really annoyed with them constantly calling.

keep getting calls from this number sometimes 3 or 4 times a day we dont answer the call it shows on the phone last caller number !!  They wont stop ringing "

Keep on gettoing this number......When I pick up the line is dead and number does not exsist.....I no longer bother to pick up now.

Got a call yesterday from an Asian women asking me about my Motherboard and again today from an Asian man telling me that my computer was being hacked into.  not being computer literate was about to go into my laptop when my sister called me on the mobile.  I told her what was he was saying and she told me to tell him to go away and call back when she was there.  she is now waiting to give him a large piece of her mind.  I very nearly got scammed seems that I was literally saved by the bell. my mobile phone bell

Wife got a call this morning and told the bad speaking asian no thanks and put the phone down. apparently he mumbled something about her computer. We get these calls nearly every day at the moment. We are in the Yorkshire area.

Hi, do they not have to rent the line or cost of call from some telecommc provider or carrier?

I get these calls, they hang up and I cannot phone them back as number isn't valid or something.

Had several calls from Global It Solutions from 02033185972. Usually play along. leaving the phone for 5 minutes, inventing line faults etc, and being passed along the line to- and rung back by- ever-more-exasperated 'experts' who try to fix my computer which I tell them- truthfully- has a blank screen!
Doesn't seem to put them off, however- but I think I've wasted a lot of their time in the last week.

had a call today from this number long pause no answer now trying nottingham area.

I had a call today from this number today saying I had been chosen for a government grant for free insulation. Looks like they're trying another story now.

9 calls in two days from this number. all sorts of different stories.
