This persistent asian [***] has been calling  almost daily for months, I always hang up on the lousy sod before he can tell me anything.

had call at  11.48.Asian voice said he was a David wilson calling from windows support group very likely!!!!! told him not interested this is 3rd call.previous calls on 1/3/13  5/4/13 and 3/5/13.They keep trying how can this be stopped.

I received a call from this number today. They said they were calling from windows and noticed I had problems with viruses so wanted to help me out. It's not legitimate, so please be careful!

Try TPS (Telephone Preference Service) as they have a link to a site where you can register a complaint and that site may well take action against this scam merchant.

Have had two calls from this number this morning within the last half hour( Edinburgh),I have a caller display and did not answer,I urge everyone to get a display phone if they can,you get to know these nuisance and dangerous calls and you just don't answer.

This number phoned us on Saturday 18th May, they said they were from Microsoft, Asian voiced male, and that we had a problem with our PC. The thing is we are computer repair shop. So would love to know which PC they thought we were having problems with. As we have five of our own running, then however many customer machines we have in. We're in Luton by the way.

I also think the label Scam should be added to Call Type drop down box.

i had a call from them today,
the ansafone took the call and its the same old con.
Avoid them if possible and if you do talk to them get them
to hang on a moment and stick the phone in the drawer and walk away!
One day they might get the message.

Rang today asking for myself by name. Then went on to talk about Microsoft computers

I have made a list of numbers possibly not to answer and this one has called me on numerous occasions, I decided to answer today.  Foreign person calling about my Windows 7, told him I wasn't interested and put the phone down.  Will not answer again.  

Sorry to all the people I don't answer but it seems the only way to deal with these crooks!

Had a call today from this number. No reply when I picked up and just a recorded 'goodbye' after about 10 secs.

Telling me my windows was infected and talked very fast they kept giving the phone to someone else because I did not understand them. My phone calls from them appeared 04 or 1004. Please everyone be careful they are scamming people wheather it be 99 dollars or more and then you have to take your computer in and erase everything and close credit cards, debit cards, checking accounts. Also they give you another number that will call you and confirm the amount so payment goes through.312-765_7495 this is the number that calls you to confirm payment. Is there a fraud department this info is going to. It needs to stop, people that are elderly and on fixed incomes can really be hurt by this. Be careful.

Got a call from an Indian-sounding gentleman this morning, telling me that he was from "Windows Services" regarding my PC. He then went on to tell me to type www.ammyy.com into the Query box on the computer. I pretended to hold while I googled "ammyy" to find out what it was. I then asked him if he was mad, asking for control of my laptop, which clearly wasn't happening! he then shouted "F*ck off, I f*ck your wife!" and hung up! quite funny for 9 o'clock in the morning!

I'm with BT and I get these phone calls everyday by an Asian man claiming to be from mircrosoft. When I ask him how he got my phone number as I am exdirectory he gets angry and hangs up. They are a bloody nuisance does anyone know how to get rid of these so called computer experts?

These calls started happening about three years ago but stopped after a blast of a personnel alarm. They have now restarted and the calls now say they need to get in your PC to instigate a refund. At the moment the alarm is with my granddaughter down in Derby Uni. Have just got a new one and am EAGERLY awaiting another call
