Now targeting south west wales.

I have had quite a few calls from these people. The latest were yesterday and today. In response to their, 'I am from microsoft, how are you today,' I now tell them, I am fine, I dont have a computer, I think you are a scam'. I then hang up. Must be a different way to deal with this.

In my previous message I forgot to say that I was in Hertfordshire.

Have been out all day and a total of 17 calls came up from this number.  Tried to call back but the number is apparently non-existent. Any clues as to who this is?

had 4 calls from this number last night and another 4 so far this morning, (south yorkshire area). when you answer theres no-one there

Had multiple calls from this number tonight (unsure how many) answered the calls but no one there. West Yorkshire area.

They told me that i can have my money back on my PC . When i said no i think its a scam . seconds later they phoned me again and called me a [***] mother Fxxxxx..

This number has called me 12 times today no message left and can't ring back this is ludicrous

Between November 20th and November 23rd,I have had 13 calls from 02538020308.I originally received a call at the end off Oct.from this no.but just got silence followed by a quiet voice that said "Help me. Help me!" I put the phone down immediately.It happened again in about 10mins.This time I just said "I have your no. I will now call the police" I didn't tho thinking that would be the end of it. Boy was I wrong ! They have called intermittantly thro Nov. I got fed up so left the phone off the hook for nearly an hour.This was on Nov.20th.and since then they have bombarded me with calls.I never answer and hope they will eventually get fed up.          
How can they be allowed to do this? I am 76yrs old and could do without the stress.

I was called from 02538020308 and told he was from Microsoft Technical team. He said I had been sending messages to them and classed as a hacker. I asked for a number so I could ring them before I did anything and he gave me 016104083842. (I didn't ring). He then rang back and asked if I had rung and I said no as I am fully aware that this is a scam and they no longer belong to Microsoft. He said do not blame me if you download problems.

Just received a call from this no, on the 4 time I answered got an Asian claiming to be doing a survey for British consumers, asked a lot of stupid questions, I gave a lot of stupid answers, it's time the government do something about this, phone companies should know how to filter out this rubbish, we pay enough for the service already

Two years from page 1 to 56  and they are still at it ! Do our authorities not take these things seriously ? Although callers have Indian accents apparently 00253 is a Djbouti (africa) code number. IGNORE.

Last two days, calls every 20 minutes, nobody appears to be on the other end, then a message saying 'The other person has cleared'

this number has called me twice in the last hour and there is no one there, it just says goodbye.

forgot to add I am in Derby so I dont think they are targetting any particular area I am assuming its juust random numbers x

We are noting a record of this number calling us almost on a daily basis, getting through to our answerphone if we are out but not leaving a message.  I am glad to see that it is a spam number, as I had been wondering.  But it is extremely annoying.  We get enough fo these type of calls as it is.

This number rang 4 times already today and I didn't answer make that 5 it is ringing now as I am typing lol I live in the Manchester area.

I Going off what people have said on here good job I didn't pick it up! I have a PC but I AM the techie guy and I fix close family & friends PCs (Fix it and give it back to them as I received it, OS/case intact, if operating system ins't the problem) running faster! virus free!

Just received a call from this number couldn't understand correctly what they were saying. Told them i do not accept phone calls from anyone i do not know and put the phone down
But they did mention a computer and that they could help very dodgy

This number just called me @ 10.25am on Friday 7th December 2012, Line was very crackley, didn't even get the pronouniation? of my name right, Indian or Pakestani voice but the moment he said he was calling from Windows I just said "forget it" & hung up. Do they think we are stupid or what, I'd only just switched my computer on, was waiting for it to load. Getting really cheesed off with these people. GGGGGRRRRRRRR

Its only lunchtime and now the third call.  Earlier in the day I let them ramble on and their intoduction was yet again that they were doing a consumer survey.  As soon as I interupted their prepared speech they hung up.

The other two occassions we answered and it went dead on us.
