To all the past, current and future employees of 2evolve, I firstly want to say I feel your pain. I understand where you guys are coming from. I've been there and done that. I've been in the phone room as a caller and in management as a team leader. I've been tossed around, treated like crap and then been put of stupid warnings. I've never come across such an insensitive, inhumane, money thirsty company before that claims to be helping the world when infact, we are only making the crazy owner richer. The lady who runs the company treats people like slaves. Ovfer works everyone and only cares about her money coming in. The manager of the company earns a very big bonus each month for your hard work. For all the people especially the callers who have been put on targets and then fired for not reaching them, please don't take it personally. It's an order straight from the mega bit#ch owner to fire people. If anything, take being fired as a blessing to make you leave that hell hole before it gets worse. I'm 100% sure that the people who still work there, even the manager and team leaders are hating it and want to leave but don't have the guts or need the money. I had to fired a lot of people in my time there and hated it. I was nor allowed to make friends with any callers and was always micromanaged. Told who to fire and why. I've even had to play along with a fake made up story about a caller misinformating a supporter so that we could get her our of the company. Please call up fair work if you think you have been treated badly or wrongly fired. I hope you all stand up for yourselves.

I worked for 2Evolve and they are awful. They force you to call the same people over and over again until you get fired. Why ruin the long term relationship for short term gain? Beware..2Evolve is operated by work place Psychopaths.

2evolve is the worst place on earth. I'd rather go live in a third world country than work there. I was fired recently and I think its the best thing that has happened to me. The team leaders are immature high school drop outs and the place is run by the worst people on earth.

This blog went from supporters curious as to where they got the calls from to broken hearted,  self righteous ex employees talking [***]. I'm very happy for all of you who are now on better pay, better lif and better everything. Just a bunch of whingers posting your 2 cents. You all need to STFU and move on from this "bad break up". It's pathetic.

Sorry you feel that way dude. You obviously still work there. It's not pathetic, its a way to raise awareness about the company. It's a shame you think differently. I know that everyone there has whinged at some stage.

Well, I still work there. It's crazy but I think I am stuck there for life. There's something that makes me want to go back. I always think about leaving but can't. I get great pay and bonuses and have a good position there. The people who work there are hot. I know the owner is a biach but super hot. So I don't know why yyou people are complaining.

Geez, am i so glad i read these posts about this place,2evolve. I was due to have an interview there 2morrow and i'm now so glad i cancelled. Doing telesales is not really my line of work but i was just getting to a point where 'work was work'. I think 4 now i would much rather stay on centrelink than work 4 these 'sharks'. Not only that i have a very strong personality and from what i've read about the '[***]' i most certainly would have told her 2 go f**k herself within the first 2 hrs. By the way my interview was meant to be in Sydney CBD. Good Luck to anyone who dares to go there.

I'm surprised that this company still exists and the poor supporters still give in and pay $$$ that goes to that fu$&king [***] of a owner. I don't know why people need someone to call and pester them or make them feel guilty to increase their donations. Why can't everyone just go directly to NGO organisations and increase through them. If you are planning on working here , be careful !!! Unless you are a hardcore sales person or someone who can get fooled into thinking you are saving the world, you wont survive there. I'd rather be a toilet cleaner than work there . There's more dignity and respect doing that!!!!! By the way, I'm back in the UK now and  pursuing Law !!!

Are you still with 2envolve?  I am being considered for a management position with them which would be giving up a lot to work for this company.  However, I am an ethical and compassionate person who finds balance between the company I work for as well as the people doing the work.  I'm now nervous that I will be eaten up and spit out.  If left to self management and building moral, I believe there is always room for change and improvement.  Worth the go?
