I totally agree with you, I left as the business is totally imoral and mel the boss seems to be more concerned with selecting and 'grooming' prepubescent boys then the cause of the charities she should be representing respectfully!. I don't know how she lives with herself, greedy jerk!

Sitting here laughing at some of these post and completely agree - how is this company still up and running?

The owner of the company (a 'fundraising agency') is a pretentious cow. She is also married to the IT/Finance director so forget trying to gain promotions in this company if you're not the type to kiss ass, or two for that matter. Highest turn over rate in both the call centre and administration. Call centre have a quota of having 40 people come in for a group interview, only to hire 12 new employees, then train 10 of them (because there is always a guaranteed one or two that don't show up for training) and fire 4-6 of them within the first 2 weeks. If you're tolerant and good at the job, you'll know because you would've made it past 4 weeks (lol, how pathetic is that?).

Every body sleeps with each other. Team leaders sleeping with telesales back packers, IT dude sleeping with every other girl, even girls in finance whilst trying to portray this 'mysterious/ intelligent' front that's a load of crap.

All that and they're unethical in their approach to telefundraising. Will even push a 90 year old living on the pension to donate because it's a 'desperate time'. It always is. Save yourself from having to contribute to a charity via this company. Just donate directly on the charities website.
