This is a legitamate company who got me money back! They were a great help so I don't know why people are saying all of this

Theve proven to me that there a legit company even gave me there authorisation num when they made my claim CRM1768 , if you check the ministry of justices website there you have it , erm nan wheres your proof there a scam ? :)

Every day for the last week. Luckily we havent been in when they call but the number comes up on 1471. Getting fed up with them.

Whoever this company is call several times a day, never speak and hang up. I am a member of the telephone preference service, so how they gain access to my number is a mystery

Having received numerous calls and having asked that they stop and stating that my number is registerd with TPS.  Having been told that I had filled in a survey with PHRUIT (I do not fill in surveys).  Had no option other than to register complaints with TPS and OFCOM today:

Silent for a long time, but by the time I put the receiver down and picked it up to dial 1471, it had launched into a recorded speel about PPI.

They may well be a genuine firm able to recover your money (which you can do yourself anyway) but they should not be breaching TPS rules.

You can report recorded messages to The Information Commissioner's Office as well as TPS.  The more people who do this the better.

If you are registered with the telephone pref. then you will be able to work out that the company calling you is an unscrupulous one which doesn't bother adhering to the law. Any cold calls you receive therefore will be scams.

Yo, just so you know, if you hang up then your number automatically goes back into the dialler - it's better to spend 2 minutes telling them the only loan you've had was 20 years ago, and be a well-mannered human about it. I've worked for them before and I can say for sure that I spoke to a lot of genuine, lovely clients - not just people like you lot.

I keep telling these people that I don't have any loans with PPI and would they not bother calling me again, but they have called me several times in the past week. I wish they could just leave me alone.
