- MattiD replies to DansoI have received a call from this number also and have confirmed that it was as said by Danso, from Oceania Marketing, they call to perform market research on behalf of Optus, sometimes this is as simple as an automated call and hangup to see if you answer and at what time.
Still a pain in the butt if you ask me. - claire8 missed calls in the last 8 days! i thought they would get the idea that when i reject the call 7 times they wont ring again!!

- KirstI have had a call from this number everyday including weekends for two weeks straight. I don't answer it, as I don't know who it is, and have message bank! If it was important surely they'd leave a message. Obviously it isn't, so stop calling me every day!!!!
- phonegalSuper annoying! Get this call everyday for over a week now.
- kylieI get calls from this number all the time. I thought it was telemarketers coz I dont know anyone from interstate thats not already in my phonebook. So have never answered it just in case it was someone wanting personal information. Annoys the hell out of me.
- AnyaI think it's fake. Why would Optus ask me for my personal information when it's all available on their bills? When I asked the telemarketers why they needed it, they said they didn't have it.

- k_rose_22 replies to RayHey Guys,
I have recieved a number of calls from this number in the pass few days. I have nnever answered them but it is good to know that I am not the only one out there. - WoofI have had this ongoing missed calls for about 3 monhs so far. I am deaf and they dont get it. I am not speaking to a phone when I cant even talk. How long does it last for?
- madangryI can't believe how annoying they've gotten recently. I used to get 1 call every weekday, which I can't answer because I have more important things to do like work so I can earn enough money to pay for my survival. Now they've decided to step it up a notch and try and call me 4 times at random intervals on a Saturday where there is no answer on the other end of the line. Thanks Optus, because of your ridiculously planned marketing tools, I'm switching phone carriers and number as soon as my contract expires (very very soon).

"At OCIS, we realise the importance of your customers and the necessity of not only maintaining your customer base but advancing the existing relationship. We strive to strengthen the bond by adding value to every contact." - Leisha replies to matt| 2 repliesYeah I got the same questions. I told her about 6 times I was working and I had to go, but she continued asking me questions. I hung up on her. Won't answer their calls again. Honestly, if they are calling out of courtesy to improve customer service, they probably shouldn't be harrassing people when they are at work. That's pretty bad customer service in my eyes. Especially when their number makes it onto a website such as this.
