Silly wee girl twittering on about my eliibility for their services, provided I was between the ages of 30 & 85. In a matter of fact voice, I said that I was 130 yr old. She hung up on me - no idea what the company was. I now have it blocked!

Had a call from this number on my work phone, I answered witht the comapny name and a guy on the other end said " is this Mr Brown", I said there is no Mr Brown here, he said sorry and hung up, very strange. And from a mobile?

Energy Efficiency Service - a scam - they called me three times in the space of two minutes, the third time just so they could hang up on me hahaha they are such idiots, don't part with your information, your money or your time, just hang up.

Energy Awareness Scotland; not for profit organisation - Really. When I quizzed rep; were they a charity, gov funded, or commercial?, his reply was a not for profit organisation. I then asked him if they were a QUANGO, he did not know what this was, then called me a P***K and hung up. Pity it was starting to get interesting if I had the time!

Got a call from this number from a young saleslady asking if I had a security system fitted, someone nearby doing visits, free system if yours is more than 4 years old...
Hung up!!!  Sorry!!!

Got a call from this number and a bloke with a Scottish accent introduced himself as something something Security Systems (didn't catch the whole name). I immediately told him I wasn't interested and hung up. A few minutes later he called back and told me that he would be calling me every day for the next 50 days!  Must have plenty of time and money!!

Still in a bad mood maybe. He just had three cases scheduled at Paisley Sheriff Court number 1 over two days.

That is not the end of the story. These numbers are calling about the same products, refusing to acknowledge a genuine company name and sometimes offering the name of reputable businesses who are NOT making these calls.

Scottish bloke from some security Scotland scheme saying there was government help with systems. my thought was calling to see if you had a system before they burgled the place. said what was true. sorry this is a business and we have full hdcctv system and alarm already. plus there is someone onsite 24/7 365 days. oh ehh ok he said did not relies it was a business. clunk down went the phone
