Three calls in 5 hours starting at 02.00 a.m.! "Ring back to cofirm that all the 90 members of the dance club are receiving this".
I do actually belong to a dance club but it only has 40 members (20 couples)!!

They do ring back all the time with the same message

It appears this is a scam and anyone getting called by them report to your local police and trading standards.

I had a call at midnight, much the same as other have received, said there was a text message but nothing came through.

I got a call from this number at 8.30pm on a Friday night. I didn't get to the phone in time and I got an automated voicemail message which I just deleted. These calls are extremely annoying and unwelcome and it woke up my young son who I had only just managed to settle for the night

Received two of these text messages on my landline! One said hi and the other said help me!! Knowing my dad is ill I immediately called the number it quoted 07953966066 to listen to the messages again. It repeated the messages but now I'm worried I have been charged a ridiculous amount for the call back!!

I also have TrueCall, in fact I have two as I have two lines, one private and one business.
Just add the number to your Zap calls list and you no longer even know they have rang.
I also have an app on my mobile that does the same..

Recorded message telling me something about wi-fi charges in Mexico and saying my bill had been paid. Bit confusing as I was actually in Mexico several months ago! Text from 07960 617607 but message says ring 07953 966066 for more info. Ignored.

Strange call about a text message from 0793966066. Clever to get a text message to a land-line!!!

Calling me repeatedly

Just got one of these calls. My husband took it and the message was 'All fine so far. xx'  Sounds as though it could be real. So, put the number into my mobile.....which didn't recognise it as a number of anyone I know. Next step, googled it and found conflicting messages about it, some say it's a scam some say it's harmless. I choose to regard it as a pain and think that if someone really wants to contact me, they'll find a way to get through to me, the person, otherwise I shall ignore this call and hope it doesn't happen again.

I was woken up by a call to my landline from 07953 966 066 at 03:57 this morning 4 April 2015). Fearing it was a family emergency or similar I got up to answer it but before I could do so it went onto BT Call Minder. No message had been left and it ruined my sleep. I did not ring the number back and having looked at this very lengthy thread cannot understand why EE-Mobile haven't disabled the number long before now, especially as it appears to have been causing such anguish, nuisance and distress since at least 2008. I shall be contacting EE, as I imagine numerous people before me will have done.

Further to above, I've just submitted a complaint to Ofcom  https://stakeholders.ofcom.org.uk
If this has been going on since 2008 it doesn't say much about their ability to resolve these nuisance complaints and the image of a tiger with no teeth sprang to mind. If more of us complain perhaps a proper result will follow, but I'm not suggesting anyone hold their breath on that.

It has been suggested that you can stop the service by calling the number back.    I'm told the messages say " To hear the message again OR TO STOP RECEIVING THESE MESSAGES please call 07953966066 from this phone."; is that not right?

This blankety blank phone number called at 03.00 leaving me a message to log on to a website.  Whole house awake thinking, obviously, a call at that time of the day is notice that someone has karked it. Not happy .. at all

I got a voice text call from this shower at 03.00 this morning telling me to log onto a website.  Woke the whole house who obviously expected bad news, as you would expect from a 03.00 phone call.  Not impressed.

so who is this person because they have done the same to me.

I have had two calls in a matter of 10 minuets of each other just saying "Hi"
