I'm EX directory and these people keep ringing, wont take no for an answer.

Asked for someone with my surname but I hadn't heard of them, the woman said she would call back...no, thanks, don't bother!"

I got 2 calls today. I asked for them to hold on while I move to a quiet room and they hung up.

By the looks of things here they are just some random sales agency so I guess its not important.

I had a couple of missed calls today from this number.  When I rang back, my call went straight through to an Orange answerphone.  A chap just rang (again from this number) saying he was from ??? Financial.  When I asked why he was ringing from a mobile phone, he got quite flustered and simple stated "that he really couldn't say".  Very suspect...

Load music and then hung up and I got the orange answer phone!

I HAVE HAD THIS NUMBER CALL ME TWICE NOW. JUST MISSED THE CALL AND RANG BACK STRAIGHT ONTO ORANGE VOICEMAIL AND STATES MAILBOX IS FULL UNSURE EXACTLY WHO IS IS??

Had several calls from this number today and yesterday. Answered it twice. Woman on the end wouldn't confirm who she was and then hung up. Possibly sales but how they get number i don't know. Possibly hacking myspace/facebook/some other system. Friend reckons it may be a rogue orange broadband agent. Very suspect...

Similar to above - a number of missed calls - then orange answerphone when tried to ring back. Answered one this evening and noone spoke so hung-up. Got a message on my phone as I hung up saying "data package...." Bit suspect - going to report it.

Two days in row have recived a missed call. returned the call but it went direct to orange answer phone. Today managed to collect the call woman answered but said "an i speak to" then hung up.

keep getting phonecalls from this number and going to orange answerphone when i try to phone back. has anyone reported this number to police?

I have had 2 calls from this number today,when i asked who it was they said Finacial adviser,i asked many questions and then i told them im fed up getting cold callers,then they hung up.

I am getting calls from this no. anytime of the day or night and finally a lady spoke today that it is regarding a survey. Luckily I was reading this forum and I told her that I am not interested and she hung up... mmmmm very suspicious! hopefully she wont call up again ... if she does I ll tell her that you are troubling a lot of people and the police will soon catch you

Same thing as all the above...Just got the 4th call for the day. So much for telephone preference service huh?

Have had number of missed calls frm this number, would love to know how get hold of number as x-directory and only ever given number to friends etc, quite worrying.

This number keeps calling me and I put it to voice mail.

Did pick up twice but no one there and was a orange phone.

We need to report this number to Oftel.

sick of this number ringing me, dont usually answer numbers i dont know, looked it up on the internet and here i am, and just as im reading all your comments they called and they said i filled in a survey for life insurance and would i like them to give me a quote, but i havent filled in any survey for anything!!!

go there and report it via email. The number is assigned with an orange prefix. Orange should at least do something about the complaints. I told them i was going to report them to Ofcom and ICTIS as i am registered with the TPS and this was a sales call so i want their details to report on and complain about. At very least Orange should investigate and maybe pull their number.

Over the last three days I've had this number ring me seven times - often there's no one at the other end. Now I know where the source of this is - I'm trying to get the number blocked from my phone! It's a total nuisance!!

Husband received a call this morning on land line! (Recently moved and have a new phone number) Woman with Asian accent asked for me by name.  When advised I was at work put phone down fast on him - extremely annoying and suspect!
