usually it is due to a click on an interlink asking for life insurance and/ or completion of a survey it is a mobile number due to the internet connection calling out on a automated system which crashes causing calls to be cutt off

have none of you got anything better to do than moan about a few calls

The last contributor has not realised that the comments on these pages are not written by people who have received "a few calls".  They come from over a hundred people who are receiving repeated calls from someone who is anti-social.  The sooner the culprit is dealt with, the sooner we can all get peace and quiet

perhaps the guy who said "have none of you got anything better to do than moan about a few calls" is the culprit - otherwise what is he doing on this site!!!

note to self - when i get another call later - which i surely will - i intend to be  fricking obnoxious.....

had a missed called today from this number im exdirectory so don t know hpw they got my number then they called back about 8.40 this evening when i answered it they hung up when i tried to phone back recored message just states that person is unavilible and to try again later . have no idea who this is but really don t trust them

they called again - they are a life insurance sales company who have got your details from a form you have filled in agreeing to take calls about life insurance - it sounded like a busy office so why a mobile number come sup i dont know

at least we now know - LIFE INSUARNCE....  to be honest due to all these complaints i wouldnt take it from them anyway

why dont you take the call be polite and deal with the person its our job would rarther us be on the dole stealin all your taxes...? and to to say it is you who are the rude people!

Right... its a bit sad that you come on this website just to complain about people who are trying to earn a bit of money.. Bearing in mind that the majority of the people who work at this call centre are in college and so are about 16-18. At least im getting paid for writing this at the moment whreas you lot are all just sat at home with F*** all else to do!! and i fink its a bit harsh that u come on ere slaggin us off!! i presume you have all got jobs and if you got abuse down the phone or wateva it is you do, you would make a fat complaint about it!.. so why giv us **** down the phone???

Just deal with it!! and stop puttin ur numbers down on f****** surveys... its a bit desperate trying to get phone calls off people you don't know init!!

This number has called four times in 24 hours - really annoying.  Didn't answer phone as it wasn't a number I recognised, then decided to Google it .... thank heavens I did, will defo not answer it when they call again.  I am registered with TPS so not sure why getting these calls.

If You Dont answer, we put it down as no contact and then you will get a call back. i suggest that you say that they have the wrong number and then it will be taken off the system. just needs a little bit of brains julie!!

question for the people who work at this call centre; what was the survey about?

In reply to "its dodgy" the survay would of been filled in in the last 6 months on the phone , internet or by post it could of been a consumer life style servey or car insurance quote things of this type and nature, you may have clicked a box you didnt mean to which may have said "are you interested in a no obligation quote for life insurance" or along those lines, therefore we rang you with a follow up--..-- Look to be honest and im sure my work mates will agree we dont intend to annoy anyone we are simply doing are jobs we dont know if we have already called you so dont take that out on us we all just people trying to earn a living like you it just you go a different way about it.

what i suggest if you want you number cleared off the system next time we call do answer, then ask for the superviser tell the superviser and you should be cleared with in 24 hours and sent a letter of appollogy...ok?

I am having call after call on this number and I thought it was quite sinister. I am a teacher and I thought one of the students had got hold of my number.  I am getting calls at all times, nine so far in two days!  How can I stop this?  When I rang back it went to answer phone.

wow, I got a call from this number and didn't pick up, I checked 1471 and didn't recognise it and for some reason decided to put it in google and this comes up!

These people are [***] and annoying.It's not my problem they have a cr@ppy job (probably due to them having only 1 working brain cell!) and won't take NO for an answer. I have complained to various places. I don't fill in surveys or anything else which would allow them access to my details.

The people that work for this company should go out in the world and get themselves a proper job.
