- 08000135333Sunday morning lie in rudely interuppted by this no. I understand its virgin media- Shame they don't spend less time making mystery calls and more on ensuring their service works. I,ve had virgin media for 3 weeks- My broadband signal drops out every day and my TV digi box didn't work so it had to be replaced. The other day I had no TV or internet access as someone has cut through the main cable in Oxford!
Nil points to Virgin Media

- wait096This number was from Virgin media telling me they fixed a fault in my area.
- Caller: Virgin Media
- FugaziVirgin Media calling to update me on a fault I reported. They should use a land line number for fault updating really, as I tend to ignore 08xx calls...
- Caller: Virgin Media
- Aaron ReynoldsI had a total loss of services over the weekend with Virgin. They fixed it after about 14 hours.
Today I received calls from this number so eventually I answered it. It was a recorded message advising that the faults had been fixed and who to contact etc.
Nice touch I guess, but I remember when you could call NTL up and moan that their service was crap and get free months - now you just get transferred endlessly to someone. At least their Indian staff use their own names though.- Caller: Virgin
- izzyAs a virgin media customer,I rang 150(customer service) and a guy named Jeff they confirmed this number belongs to "Virgin media Group"..I told him in no uncertain terms never call me again..hopefully that's done the trick.let's wait and see.

- Dave BVirgin Media calling to ask me to take part in a small survey about my experience ringing customer services.

- BethThis number keeps ringing. I have no idea who it is and have never answered. The serious irritation is when it rings me abroad and I am just a little concerned that it may be my bank trying to contact me about card misuse. Is there any way I can block it?
- C PhillipsThe call was a recorded message from Virgin Media asking to take part in a 4 part questionnaire about the recent communication between myself & VM. I agreed, it was very short. No problems at all.

- The Real PollyThis came up with a 0044 prefix, suggesting it's from overseas. If it is Virgin I will take great delight in doing their customer satisfaction survey - as long as I can give minus scores
(phone ringing)
Sure enough, they just called as I was typing this but I realised it's a pre-recorded thing and no options given to give a duff score. Such a shame.- Caller: Virgin

- JThis number is from Virgin Media. I called to report faults (no broadband or TV service) and this was an automated call to tell me that the issues had been resolved and that the engineer appointment had been cancelled.
All good :0)- Caller: Virgin Media
- raaJust had this number call me twice in 5 minutes. If you listen to the automated message it is to take part in a survey. press 1 to take part, press 2 to not or press 3 to not be contacted again. pressed 3 hopefully wont ring again, won't hold my breath tho.

- TheTruthWillOutMy experience of this number today is to confirm that this was nothing more than an automated call back from VirginMedia to advise me that a broadband access issue had been fixed and the engineer visit booked had been cancelled. It did however take three attempts to answer, with the previous two appearing to hang-up.

- Mr AngryThis number is a scam. Awnser it and it will charge your bill at a £1.50 per second. It clicks into an awnser phone message. However, if they do ask for your details do not under any circunstances give them any this is also a scam.
Hope this helps!- Caller: 'Shisters'
- Mr FixitGot two calls from this number tonight, second one left a prerecorded message saying that the fault I'd recently reported had been fixed and that I should call them on 150 if it happens again.
The voice was the same as the one you normally get when you call Virgin, and to be fair, I did report a fault recently (broadband related) and it does seem to have been fixed.
Conclusion? I don't know, maybe an over-enthusiastic automatic call centre, but at least for me it seemed relevant........as long as it doesn't keep doing it, that is!- Caller: Virgin
- Nan| 1 replyWhen I answered, woman said "Hallo" and hung up. This may be because I have just cancelled my Virgin Services because of their appalling customer service. When I cancelled I made a point of referring to this website and the number of complaints about their calls, and said they must not call me. She must have just remembered!!!
- Caller: Virgin Media
- Nan replies to NanWould you believe it? 'Phone just rang again and it was an automated call from Virgin asking me to complete a survey on my recent experiences with them! Took the option to opt out and will now send them an e-mail.

- ApprehensiveIt may be a coincidence but last night I registered on thr Virgin website for details of my account and possible upgrades. Today at 8.53 I received a call with no message from o8000135333.
From other comments I have just read, it looks as if this may be the first of many calls. I will report this to the TPS if I get any more.- Caller: Unnown
- MonkeynutsIt is virgin media as I had 4 missed calls today and after had 2 voicemails stating the cancellation of the technicians booked previously when the service was down. Perfectly normal practice, so you can be sure it is them unless someone has learned how to ghost a number. I just happened to google it before I listened to my messages or would not be here.
