Believe this to be a genuine call from virgin media. I was called several times shortly after terminating my contract with them on the same day.

No one answers

This number is calling our number now automated message regarding PPI

Missed 2 calls from this number this morning. I am a Virgin customer and reported a fault to them last night (engineer booked). Makes we wonder if it is a genuine call or someone has managed to get my details about the fault ?

Got a call this morning but no one there. I called it back and it was virgin media. I had a problem last night and was sorted. They were calling back to see if I was satisfied with the service. This was an automated number selection. At least looking after us. Thank you Virgin media

Yes it is. I had them on for 1/2 hour last night sorting an email problem. This was an automated survey to see if I was happy with the service last night.

Just cancelled my late wife's account since did that had two calls in less than an hour

I am Virgin subscriber. 08000135333 has been calling me for about 2 years. Silence when I pick up. Recently it has got worse at least once a week. This morning twice within minutes of each other.

Phoned me twice in ten minutes....silence.

Automated call from Virgin Media asking me to rate the service when I 'phoned them earlier. The number rang, I didn't answer, and rung again 10 minutes later, didn't answer, rang yet AGAIN 10 mins later, and I did answer as I clearly wasn't going to get any peace if I didn't pick up to see who it was! It was a computer service asking me about 3 questions , to reply by pressing 1-5 keys and the option to leave a voicemail as well telling them about their service (how about not ringing every 10 minutes?!).

It is an outsource call centre, not necessarily for Virgin, but it appears that Virgin use this company a lot to obtain feedback on calls made. The callers only have access to your name, the name of the company you spoke to and a list of questions. The staff are on an 'auto-dialler' which is always unpredictable and works faster that the computer monitor does. I used to work in one myself and occasionally the auto-dialler would start dialling the next customer before you've finished speaking to the previous person. Virgin customer service will have no record of the call as this company have no access to the account

Called me today and when I answered on the second ring, they disconnected or hung up on me

Its virgin media automated service asking to do a servey so its not a scam i had this yesterday as i got my dads tv package lowered so dont worry its real

have had a couple of calls from this number,but never leave a message on voicemail.

Called me at 9am and 9:14am today, 16/8/17. I missed the first call, so did 1471 to get number. Second one i answered, a recorded message wanting feedback on a "recent experience talking to one of our customer service team", which i haven't, so i hung up!

This is definitely Virgoin Media. I have always been pleased with totally interrupted service for over ten years and are happy with my 250Mb/s connection. Cheaper than anywhere else. However, I have still logged a complaint. Don't their customer call services over in [***] whereverit is realize that calling me TWICE at 01:30 and 01:45 aint exactly on.
