The number rang, I didn't answer, and rung again 10 minutes later, didn't answer, rang yet AGAIN 10 mins later, and I did answer as I clearly wasn't going to get any peace if I didn't pick up to see who it was! It was a computer service asking me about 3 questions , to reply by pressing 1-5 keys and the option to leave a voicemail as well telling them about their service (how about not ringing every 10 minutes?!).

- RichardIt is an outsource call centre, not necessarily for Virgin, but it appears that Virgin use this company a lot to obtain feedback on calls made. The callers only have access to your name, the name of the company you spoke to and a list of questions. The staff are on an 'auto-dialler' which is always unpredictable and works faster that the computer monitor does. I used to work in one myself and occasionally the auto-dialler would start dialling the next customer before you've finished speaking to the previous person. Virgin customer service will have no record of the call as this company have no access to the account

- Daft time for survey reply.This is definitely Virgoin Media. I have always been pleased with totally interrupted service for over ten years and are happy with my 250Mb/s connection. Cheaper than anywhere else. However, I have still logged a complaint. Don't their customer call services over in [***] whereverit is realize that calling me TWICE at 01:30 and 01:45 aint exactly on.
