    I've just missed a call from this number and as I was looking at this website they rang again... I answered it and all it was was an automated line asking me to answer customer satisfaction questions about the call I had just made to customer services... no harm! I answered the questions and hopefully the nice man that I spoke to will get a pat on the back!

    Ditto! I cannot believe how horrid Virgin can be when I dared to question my poor internet service - even worse service which resulted in me warning & then actually giving notice for home phone, internet and tv service package, so Virgin ended the contract early meaning my missus missed her recorded soaps. Now they lie about when they're going to reimburse me the payment for a mobile phone that was broken and returned to them - over 6 months now, so it's legals time! Who needs that to deal with. Used to be a good supplier, but what a scummy company it turned out to be.

    No make concern folks.  It's definitely  a Virgin Media number.
    Oknce youve made contact with VM in anyway they ring you back from this number and do a survey call,  autimated.
    Done this from my mobile so thetes spooelling msyaes that really vex me but take too long to correct

    Just had a call from this number its Virgin Media. I repoted a fault with my TV & Broadband. It was a recorded message saying the fault had been fixed and they have cancelled the engineer coming today.

    I got a couple of calls from this after joining up with Virgin Mobile.

    The first I didn't answer, the second one I did answer and it was an automated survey about the recent call I had with them. It was definitely Virgin though, as they use the same voice over girl to do all of their automated menus.

    Got called twice by this number today - the first time I didn't answer & they didn't leave a message - the 2nd time they did saying they were ringing from Virgin Media about the fault which we have reported. We had spoken to VM about a fault. They then said that if we had any more problems we could contact them free on 150 - we have known this for 5 years!!! The weird thing is I got called on my mobile from this number which was orginally registered with Tmobile (now EE) & it was the same message.Be wary folks - I think it is all b*****cks!!!

    Virgin Media, definitely, and currently in use.
    I have broadband from them and it regularly fails. This is the number that calls me when the service has returned to tell me that they've found a fault. It's automated and it's the normal VM lady voice. Called several times and left a VM on the 4th or 5th attempt.
