I'm sick f these calls got 12 yesterday phone BT said my account was up to date nothing showing on my account last I got one she was so awful I reported it to BT told I'm off there mailing list and won't get anymore guess what your right just got one today  seam one office in BT don't know what the other office in BT is about time they got this sorted out it's getting out of hand

I dont get calls from this number just voice mail :/ and its just a dead silent message.

Just had this number ring me and after about 50 rings I had to pull the plug on the phone. It's probably still ringing now... Ridiculous.

I am getting nosence calls from this number.

Called from this number today but it went dead when I answered. Called back on the landline and had a recorded message claiming to be BT and they would call back if they still needed to get hold of me.

Just had a call from this number, but I ignored it. Called back from the work phone and a crackly recorded message claiming to be from BT was played. I am not a BT customer.

seems very strange that BT would call my mobile number but not my landline number looool what next the council sending my council tax bill to my aunt?

A guy phoned me from this number saying he was from BT and needed to talk about my account. I told him I don't have a BT account and he said goodbye.

If this caller is Bt why me? I'm not a BT customer

Judging by the responses on here, it seems to be a genuine BT number, but frequently spoofed by various dubious types. If BT urgently need to contact me - as opposed to *want* to interrupt me to sell me something, they have my email address and can use that.

If someone doesn't leave a voicemail, it kind of proves they know you won't want to call them back. And they didn't leave a voicemail. So it can go on the block list with all the other spammers, spanners and oxygen-thieves.

Yeah it is BT. Had a few missed calls the last couple of days, answered it this afternoon and it was someone claiming to be from BT. I was dubious at first as when I questioned "How do I know you're calling from BT?" and I was given a wrong landline number (when BT do indeed provide my landline). I ended the call and placed a call to BT myself, who confirmed it was them etc. And in all honesty there was a problem with my bill.

Terrible way of handling the situation, but it is indeed BT.

i get the number regular its used as atuomated billing i want my money number  let ur bill laps for a few days and listen to ur phone ring with that number  typical BT

ot a call from this number on my mobile phone advising my I had money outstanding on my BT account, which I don't have.  Told me it referred to a completely different address to mine.  Foreign voice hard to understand

I don't have a BT account but the caller said they would have to restrict my BT services if I didn't pay the bill.

Indian guy named Dave hahahaha

This is BT. I called them on a number off their website and that call got cut off. They then called me straight back from this number.

It's actually BT engineers - and I have been dealing with a guy called Dev (sounds like Dave)
