The number 08001077333 no longer works. Same thing has happened to me , I bought Easy Lift from a shopping channel, they offered me alsorts to which I clearly stated that I did not want , I only wanted the Easy Lift product. The following month Pound saver took out £89.95 and Classic living took £39.95. I then checked up on them on the internet only to find that they have been doing this since 2009 at least. I rang the bank who stated that I have to cancel the subscriptions....What subscriptions ????? I rang the numbers I was given by my bank ...Poundsaver   0870 1602513 and Classic living 0870 0602540 nobody picked up all day, I tried to contact them via their site via email but was unable to do so ( the telephone numbers differed from those given to me by my bank) but they were non numbers. The fraud department at the bank told me that because I gave my details to the company, then they can not prove that I did not agree to these subscriptions and therefore it is unlikely that I will get a refund and worse that nothing can stop them taking out more money although the bank would refund that money and that the company would be " FINED". What use is this when they continue to rip people off like this ? They move the domain of their web site and change the telephone numbers. How can another company give your details to others without your consent ? Subscribe you to companies you have never heard of without your consent ? Take money without your consent ? Apparently you have to unsubscribe within 30 days, all very well and good if you know that you are subscribing in the first place and that you are given the information to do so. My advice is to not buy anything from the television at all, I listened very carefully to the operator from the television sales company and said NO to all the offers he made me but still I am in this situation and I have to prove that I said NO, which of course is impossible because it was all over the phone. So in conclusion Easy lift instead of costing me £19.99 has cost me over £120, a bit expensive for a few pieces of plastic to stick on your eyes. So department of trading standards next, then Watch Dog and anybody else I can think of. Again do not buy from the television

like others posting on this site i have also been caught out with 'free offer' after i purchased a steam cleaner. It is shocking that bank details are being passed on to 'classic living' and 'poundsaver' who have illegally taken 1.60 twice from my account, in addition to 94.95 and 34.95. Currently having to get fraud squad involved as well as changing card etc. Customers beware of this company!

Phone number for poundsaver  08000962925 just be firm with them and tell them your bank gave you this number and you have to phone them back to let them know how you got on.They may try to send you paperwork but tell them you  wanted it sorted there and then reminding them about phoning back to your bank the guy then said my money would be back in my account within 10days When i got back to my bank(santander)they offered me a new card as poundsaver only had    card number and not account number therefore when poundsaver produce card number for future payments they will get nothing  Hope this helps

I bought something off telly channel although it was off the website, few weeks later they phoned and asked me if I wanted a package of vouchers for hotel weekend stays although I said no they seemed to have taken 89.95 out of my account anyway, my bank are now filling out a claims form and investigating this, what part of no didn't he understand plus I never recieve a package of discounts.

taken by Poundsaver WITH OUT my permission. I rang them and got my money back but that is not the point..........THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY in the first place.  I had said NO to the offers I just wanted my purchase.

Why ho why can't any thing been done about this operation????????????

And I was checking for shopping vouchers which I could not find. It's really scary I am going to stop them taking any money and check my account regarly everyday maybe have to cancel my bank card for now.

I also bought a steam cleaner from Thane Direct off a shopping channel and found that on my following months statement that £89.95 had been taken by pound saver and a further £39.95 taken out by classic living a few days later.  I was asked if I would be interested in receiving "free" vouchers for hotels when I purchased the steam cleaner which I said yes to.  I certainly was not told about the membership fee that it would cost me nearly £130.00 pounds for these vouchers. I didn't want it and it was completely mis-sold to me.  I am in the process of trying to get this money refunded, I contacted classic living on 0800 096 2926, after contacting Thane Direct on their customer service number.  

This is scam, please be aware and dont buy the product from Thane Direct who employ dodgy salespeople who then pass on your account details and sort codes to companies who you have no idea about.  I will be cancelling card as I dont trust them not to take it out again next year.

JUST FOUND NEW NO 0800 0962925 THEY SAID THEY WILL REFUND 3 YEARS BACKDATED WHICH I DIDNT KNOW ABOUT. THIS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO CARRY ON!!!!!!!!!

I presume we are talking about company called poundsaver.  They rang and pretended I had got free vouchers.  next thing took money from my account after zestify shared my bank account details. i am reporting this, they wont get way with it.

They did the same to me.  I told them they have violated my privacy rights and demnded money back.  They gave it me back.  I placed an order from company called zestify and they shared my cared details.  I m in touch with them about it  My email address is eatonlinda50@yahoo.co.uk if you want to tell me how you got on.

This also happened to me but i have cancelled straight awyy so no £89.95 but £1.60 twice.  I told them when ringing i didnt want anything they had got and demanded monies back.  Whtt they do is they record and then edit the phonecall after so as if when you say yes you are agreeing to their scam.

This.compant has continued to take money from.my account on 3 occasions and i not happy about as i am a single parent so wen someone is taken money out my account they are stealing from me an my son and i find this discusting. £99.96 is a lot of money to be taken, i have my bank investigating this but i not sure if i will receive any of my money back, all i got to say is who ever you are your a total scumbag to steal from people

just had two lots of £1.60 taken out of my account by this scam, bought bras from tv advert for £34 never sighed up for any vouchers or other offers, bank gave me number to call but only open 8am-8pm fingers crossed get somewhere when phone tomorrow.

yes I too had cash taken from my bank account, but the ever efficient Nat West recovered it, I dont yet know how to get this permanetly stopped, becuse on the same day my card was stopped , a further 30.95 was taken....i have never given my bank details out on phone before and will never do it again. cash is king !!
