I have contacted your company by email this afternoon, after discovering that i have also had cash taken (39.95 from classic living and 89.95 from poundsaver - I am led to believe the 2 are connected).  I was told when buying from Thane Direct i would receive some vouchers (did not) but not told anything about memberships,cancellations etc.  

I presume your customer services department deal with emails daily? So i can expect to hear something in a few days?  In the meantime, card has been cancelled so no more money can be taken, but it still has been a complete pain to deal with!

These people have been taking money from account for 4 years, yes I know should haven noticed before now! I phoned the bank,as I did not know who these people are, then phoned the company, in 4 years I have  received no correspondence from them, because guess what, they got my address wrong. On 26th July they promised to credit my account with the money taken, 7 phone calls later, zilch,they have now said it will be in my account by weds. We will see,if not, I have lost patience, so watch out.

4 years!!! do you not EVER check your statements?? So it was a simple mistake of getting your address wrong, otherwise you would have received everything in the post? hardly anyone's fault. To my main point though, it makes no difference if you have lost your patience because you really can't do anything about it except making phone calls, if they said it would go back in, then relax, it will.

Go to the police, they can't do anything.

we have had £1.60 + £49.95 taken out of our account,this was LV8 CLASSIC LIVING, but we have had no dealings with them.Called them today and asked how they got our card info and i was told last year we had brought something off a t.v chanel (sky).They have promised to refund all the money within 5 to 10 days and also have canx our menbership that we NEVER had in the frist place.If you have no joy with this number try 0800 0962926.

i have had 14 pound 95 pence taken from my account and also 69.99 taken twice this month from my account and if this doesnt get refunded into my account by the end of this month i will be contacting the police and fraud team because the money that has been taken from my account is actually for my 2 year old daughter to buy food and to put clothes on her back so basically she has to go without because of this

I was deducted £99.95 and £1.60 without my knowledge.showing the deficit in my bank account to pound saver i contacted my bank they put me through to the fraud department of my bankand they said they would look into it after taking all details.in due course they sent me a letter  stating  that after looking into it there was no evidence that a third party was involved,but they did give me a number of the merchant involved which is 08000962925 they cancelled all dealings and i got a full refund!.I hope this message helps,good luck.

but complaints seem to go back a couple of years    and still no web site  and e mails to their address are returned

I have had £91.55 taken out of my account too by pound saver, I've also had 39.99 taken out by a company called classic living so I would check  your account for those too. I have requested the bank to look into it.

I had 1.60 took out of my bank on 9/10/2012 and i thought my wife had been in a pound shop, this morning i had 89.95 taken out so i informed the bank who are investigating, i have never bought anything off the tv, wish i knew how they do it i would be in the bahamas now, hope i get a refund

Hey guys see your all going through the same stuff as me so let me say lets do something!! Its our money and this D*** DESERVES A SMACK FOR WHAT HES DONE.... Ive had both 69.95 and 14.95 taken from my bank with the same number as the rest of you!

I aint guna take this guys and girls and neither should you, we deserve answers and whats rightfully ours!!

i've been riped off £1.60 & £45 classic living on my lioyds credit card on july 2012 got  2 know about it end of  october when the bank contacted me cos interest was going up £103 now ,ive told them i never spend that money didn't use the card for more 7 months they said they will dispute it,they froze the account...me a not gone pay back money me didn't spend,dem people r evil bloodsucker,dat day will come when dem ago pay for all what they doing

yous are all very very stupid the only way that a company can take your card details is if you give them to you. All of you are annoyed that you said yes when it was offered to you and yous know it. This is a genuine company iv searched online and iv seen that they are genuine. Stop acting like children the lot of yous. The same thing happened to me and i called up and had my money back in 10 working days

Scam? Well, one thing I couldn't help noticing is that there happens to be 32 pages of complaints on here going back over 3 and a half YEARS!!
Now, does that mean they're very clever or most of you "victims" are incredibly stupid!

I ORDERED AN ITEM FROM A WELL KNOWN T.V.SHOPPING CHANNEL ABOUT 1 MONTH AGO.
THIS WEEK I HAVE HAD £89.95 TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION BY POUND SAVER .MY BANK GAVE ME THIER TEL No. 0800 0962925. THE GUY ANSWERING SAID IT WAS NOT A 'SCAM'  BECAUSE OF SOME VOUCHERS THEY SENT ME WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED.
IF I DIDN'T WANT THE OFFER I SHOULD HAVE INFORMED THEM WITHIN 30 DAYS OR THEY TOOK THE SUBSCRIPTION FROM MY ACCOUNT.
HE AGREED TO RETURN MY MONEY ALTHOUGH THE BANK SAY IT MAY NOT HAPPEN AND I AM STILL WAITING.
MY CONCERN IS - WHY  THE T.V.SHOPPING CHANNELS ARE ALOUD TO PASS MY BANK DETAILS TO A THIRD PARTY!!!
I HAVE NOTICED THAT BOTH POUND SAVER AND CLASSIC LIVING TAKE SMALL AMOUNTS  OF £1.60 FROM BANK ACCOUNTS TO TEST WHETHER ANYONE NOTICES BEFORE TAKING MORE.
