Fed up getting hang up calls from this number.  Phone calls come persistently both throughout the day and evening.

Called and left no message so i didnt ring back

So we know that they call and then hang up.   And we are all reporting it.  So what is anybody doing about it?   Is this site asking for our input for any good reason or is it just for someone to moan at?

ringing all the time, nobody there, then goes dead, they will be if i get my hands on them

Keep getting two or three calls a day on this number, nobody there when i answer. I'm gonna let my answerphone deal with it from now on. If this is BT then please stop harrassing us all!

ive saved this number in my phone as 'BT SCAM' and just ignore it when it rings, it used to call for weeks on end every day and it seems to have stopped now. Last time they called was about 2 weeks ago.

this number has called every day for at least a week and never leaves a message.  Does having TPS really work !??!!

Definitely BT. We had organised for them to set up a forward, and this number called and hung up to test it.

rang me today and left the line open for 10 mins so I couldnt call out,  It was a bit unusual cos my phone is set to silent and normally does not ring at all

Keep calling but no one on the other end

I had a problem with BT Broadband and I called BT for assistance. They had to do a few line checks and then call me back. When they called me back, the number displayed on my phone was 0800 328 9393 and it was the same BT representative that I spoke to when I called them originally. So I can assure everyone that this is a BT number. I can only assume that its a BT generic number of some sort.

I would like to inform all users that this is a valid BT Telephone number. This number is used when ever BT dialout from there switchboard or callcenter. There maybe other numbers that they use but this is one of them. Most of the time they use this from billing or support, so if you recieve a call from them you either have gone over your bandwidth or you have not paid your bill. I hope i have given you alot better in sight as to who is calling you.

As part of my work i deal with BT on a regular basis, the contact i am dealing with as part of the current project calls me from this number and he's based in Bradford.  I have also been pestered with "BT record updating" calls from the same number but to my personal mobile.

Just be careful if people start asking you for info.

Same number called me but no one there on pick up.  VERY frustrating!

this number rang my company and they purchsed a woodburning stove so no probs here

rings 3 times in 10 minuets no answer each time

had yet another call from this no..i picked the phone up and then the line went dead!  Very annoying why does it call me and then hang up??

4 calls in less than an hour. No answer from the other end. Trying to revise, so it's really getting on my nerves now. :(!!!

Bt called to offer a new faster broadband service with free wireless router and £7 pm charge with 10gig limit.

I keep getting called by this number in the evenings, around 7pm or 8pm. When I answer it hangs up after 5seconds. If they ever actually answer then I wont hangup, I'll just stay silent on the line &see how they like it!
