- MillasanStrangely enough I was at HSBC and ignored it as I never answer any 08 numbers. When I got home I received an email from HSBC urgently needing to speak to me about my accounts and the info. they hold about me. They gave me a number to call back, the account review officer is Catherine Llewellyn. Still not sure if it's a scam or not..

- MobileI rang HSBC as I couldn't access mobile banking. I was told I'd failed secuirty questions (my mobile number) and would be called back on the number they had on record, my mobile! I picked up from the number listed and was asked if I could be overheard and told to verify in another way, giving postcode and email address. I don't recall ever having to give email addresses as verification so I told them I'd visit a branch instead. John sounded Indian, but I can't be sure.
- Caller: John
