Please tell me exactly how a WORKING parent, who is usually cut out of the childs life in exchange for higer CSA payments, is supposed to afford a lengthy court battle against his ex, social services and cafcass who are always called in by vindictive ex's when they want to attack for profitable purposes with the FULL SUPPORT of the CSA? Often the mother can get legal aid too so there is zero chance of ever getting anywhere. Court orders mean ZIP because she ca break them at anytime she pleases if she FEELS there is a danger!

You need to realise how women are working all the systems together in order to get back at fathers who are often not part of any decision to have a child.

The court does not recognise parental alienation, it doesnt do anything about false allegations, it does nothing about proven blackmail, it does nothing about bribery ie "the less you see them the more you pay", and you have no way of fighting without a solicitor which you cant afford because the CSA dont take those things into account and you need something to eat and somewhere to live so you can work in the first place.

Ive chased the CSA for 2 years, despite them having all the info needed to get hold of my ex. My case has only just been finished and now he has a debt which means he's supposed to pay £105 per week.
Now while that is his fault that a debt built up, the CSA are supposed to get support from those who are not responsible so the liabilty falls on them!(and I never asked for anything while he was still seeing the children, he met another partner who didnt want anything to do with them although all his other partners have been fine. He decided he didnt want  to turn up anymore.)

i have recievied these calls during the day from 08007838527 a man with a scottish accent asked to speak to my husband on one occasion  i asked who was calling he said  he could not say because of the data protection act but he was from a goverment department i asked which dept i cant tell you because of the data protection act i told him he was stupid and put the phone down a few days later the number called again in the evening i did not answer my answer phone picked up and they hung up.since then i had a letter from the kilkardy csa aking for £15000 pay up or else my csa case has been closed and my children are 29 and 23 fed up with all this i took the problem to my local citizens advice beaurea and they are dealing with this problem oh by the way i recievied another call today by the same man. has anyone else experienced any of these problems  they need shooting

i have received these calls during the day, what will happen if i will not answer this number? will i receiv any letter from them? what they can do if they do not confirm my personality on the phone?

it's the C.S.A. but am unsure why, as me and my  ex partner have agreement in place regarding money and children and i have never contacted them for any money to be retrieved by them!!
I am quite annoyed and don't fully understand exactly what is going on, we first become aware of deductions being took from my ex's jobseekers allowance over the past couple of weeks and when he enquired he was told that it was for child support!! but they would not release any information who the child support was for, and said he would recieve a phone call, ten minutes later he recieved one from this number but they asked for me!!??? and would not say who they were so he did not disclose any information, i tried to contact the number and also got the automated message. now i have returned home and have recieved a check from them for C.S.A. for my eldest child (we have two others also) for the same amount that is deducted from his jobseekers. he is due to start work in two weeks and now is obviously worried that a large chunnk will be deducted out of his wage, is it worth him starting work? the reason i am annoyed is that we already have an agreement in place, i earn a very good wage and am able to provide for my children anyway, but now due to this what was an amicable agreement between two adults has been conflict raised as he obviously thinks that i have contacted them but i have not and have no reason to (it is only 6 pound a week anyway, what will that get her, won't even pay her school dinners) i am just baffled as to why they are doing this when i don't want them too and why now when she is 8 years old?? anyone any ideas?

have just spoken to the C.S.A and they have explained that due to myself being on benefits(income support) when my daughter was 6 months old that they automatically take £13.00 fortnightly and provide to the person who has custody of the child. She said that infact the case had been closed and that it was a mistake but i can still cash the check if i want to, but the case is now definately closed and no more payments will be made to myself nor deducted from my ex.
so problem solved eh?
just hope i can re- establish an amicable relationship with my ex of which thrrough this they have destroyed!!!!!

Yes, quite clearly this is from a Government agency.

I can expalin why the recipient is unable to call it back:

The result is a huge subsidy on thephone systems, paid for by us through the high cost of the call. (Do remember we are also paying for some [***] sales exec to drive a flash car for doing f**k all).

With much of the work being outsourced to privateers such as bid rigging contractor Balfour Cheatty, it has become almost impossible for one to get the correct routing number for some of these departments (particularly Jobcentre Plus). Naturally the privateer wishes to protect its revenue share from the premium rate scam numbers.

This is therefore why one is unable to call back on the 0800 number (which is not free anyway from mobiles) and get to establish who actually called.

And yes, the last (Labour) government was a sham, but do remember they were simply a roll on from the tory scum that eroded our country's housing and employment market by giving it all away to parasitical letting firms and employment agencies.

it is the csa just called them they said they tried t phone me at 16 39 and thats the time of my missed call from this number

still not sure who this caller is but the CSA are still taking money out of my sick pay leaving me with a grand total of...................£50.26p. been a taxpayer most of my adult life and that has got to pay for rent, food n all the other living expenses everyone has to endure, fill like a forienger in my own country...

dont answer people have been charged for answering the call........

yes its the C.S.A  - they say its an urgent business matter, this is an underhanded way to get you to call them back, ITS NOT AN URGENT BUSINESS MATTER ITS A FAMILY MATTER SO [***] EM

This number rang me today and when I asked who they were the very rude woman on the other side said "it's nothing to do with you, and i wouldn't give it to a man anyway" then she put the phone down.

If it is the CSA don't know why they are contacting me as I don't have any children.

I called it back but got an automated message.

i can confirm its the CSA! I did not answer when they rang me but they find me somehow and i received letter from them, they have my NIN and adress...??? even my ex did not know my NIN and my current adress... i did not give them so it seems they have power to find anyone who they want to contact so do not answer phone wait for a latter.

had a call from this no i didnt answer a friend did they wouldnt disclose who they were and what they wanted. when i rang bk they 'they said you were out when we called' iam ex directory so dont know how they got my no?

Just got a call today at 15:45 from 08007838527 asking for me by my surname. I said who is calling, and was told it was a 'government official' and "can I give my national insurance no." That was all he said.
So I said what business is this call regarding? and he rudely replied he will tell me what it is about when I give him my national insurance number.
So I told him unless he stated exactly who he is and what organisation he is calling from I would not be giving anyone who phones me up out of the blue my personal details. Fair do's..
He just rudely said, "Well I'm afraid I will have to cease this conversation" and hung up.
