This is the CSA...answer your phones!

I am an accountant and I had various calls left for me whilst I was incapacitated through illness this last week.

The number definitely IS for the CSA - my calls related to an employee of a client for whom I operate payroll.

Unknown number no message left.
Called back on land line no information, just message to say will call you back at later date.

Believed to be CSA

What a bunch of W**kers.  After all, if they know people work why the hell do they call during the working when you cant answer the phone!!!

Then dont call during the working day and hang up before you have time to reach the call.  You should target those who dont pay for their children (my niece being one them), who dont pay taxes or contribute to this country and leave those that do alone!!

Lets target the parents that work and pay the taxes and leave them that sit around all day living off the benefits.  Its looking good to me, i am thinking of joing them and signing on each forthnight !

Well leave a bloody message or write a letter with what you information you want to say!!!
CSA are bloody useless - they say they will call you back - they DONT
                                       - they say they will look into your case and query - they DONT

You have to constantly chase them on a daily basis to take any action.  The minute you get it sorted and all is working OK they contact you on this god damn number and then dont speak.

Number has now been blocked on my phone so you have no option but to WRITE to me if you want to correspond

I'm so confused - I've just had a call from the number but have never had any dealings with JSA (am a full time student) or CSA (as I haven't popped any kids out!). They want personal information which I refuse to provide until they answer how they got my number in the first place - needless to say they just hung up.

I am sure this number is for the CSA/ JSA but clearly the people who work in these departments are useless! Not sure what they expected me to do - give all my details, when I don't even know why they have my number!!! Ludicrous!

Had a message left on my phone on Saturday saying they were the dept work and pensions and could I call them back, but they spoke so fast I couldn't make out the number even though I replayed it a few times. Guess I'll have to wait for them to call back!

This is most definitely the CSA, I have just listened to  avoicemail message thdey have left me regarding a complaint I have made about my case.

This number called me today at 4.38pm, left a message from DWP and a number. I called my normal CSA number (after reading these posts) and it was my case worker calling to say the issue with my payments had been resolved. Seems legit to me, but you can never be too careful with who you give details to and there a lot of scams out there.

yes but if we say are date of birth befor they say who they are it could be any1 they shud atleast call n say its them and whats are name then ask for date of birth but there not they want us to give info straight away befor we even know who we talking to thats not right, i just had a phone call asking for my husband i asked who it was she wudnt say so i said its his wife she said well i still cant tell you who i am , so i put my husband on and he asked who they was and she still wudnt tell him she wanted his info first befor she even said who she was, it cud of been any1 so no1 shud have to say there details without knowing who they talking to first its stupid when people do get fake calls just to get ur details its going around alot lately

Just received a call from this number. Caller claimed to be from the CSA @ Plymouth.

If you are suspicious, just do what I did and say that you will provide no details to a 'cold caller' and that if they can give you their name and extension number you will call back on the normal CSA number and ask to be transferred.

That's what I did.

In may case it was the CSA @ Plymouth.

this number just rang my work phone ive not worked here long so not sure who they were after but i missed it anyways.

It is so amusing looking at the comments on this site.

On the left is an advert with a woman claiming to make $260 per day advertising to people complaining about being contacted by phone calls and faxes trying to sell something to them.

I suppose no-one will own up to following this up.

Don't you realise advertising and cold calling is how manufacturers and services get their products known to people just like you. They contact either you or companies that sell to you, it works, that's why they do it.
