silent call

If you are a customer just say you want to opt out of marketing calls, simple and no need to leave. The oputbound calls people aren't in the BG offices we only call to book your ASV

They have phoned me continually for a week on my mobile number - I do not need someone to fix my boiler as I have a man who bobs round .. why don't they get the hint when you say you are busy and not interested- I have enough things to think about and calls everyday for over a week with me ignoring them must drop a hint aaahhh!!

These people have rang me 6 times in 3 months asking for someone else who is unrelated to me and shares no surname with anyone I know. They are offering to pay my debts off (I have told them 6 times i have no and have never had any debt) but I always stop them, as this call costs.

this number by British gas have rang 3 times today early hours in the morning on a bank holiday Monday,

These people are a nuisance. I have been getting their call everyday for the past month. I am not with British Gas. They probably have my number from almost 4 yrs ago when I was with them.

They called me four times on my work landline asking me about a boiler?  WTF? Told them their call was being recorded....they hung up :(.  How rude!

08009806166 This number called my mobile phone 7:15 p.m. and asked for a different person, when I said they had the wrong number the caller said, "sometimes the computer puts up the wrong name against a number".
The caller then said "it may still be of some use to you" and asked was I the house holder, I replied "no it is rented", then they asked if I sorted my own electric and gas or if the landlord sorted it, I replied "the landlord", the caller then said" it doesn't matter then and hung up".

1. I am not with british gas
2. They are random number dialing
3 I object to being called during the evening.

I recieved a call from this number today and 10.09am.
I didn't answer as I was eating but no message was left.

I am not a BG customer so will ask not to be contacted by them in the future should they ring again.

This number rings several times day and evening and they hang up rather than leave a message. So fed up with cold callers interrupting my day that I refuse to answer the phone now if number withheld or unknown (thank goodness for caller display), and  relieved to check this website and confirm that I am not alone. Ok it might just be British Gas and not a scam - but it's a pain!

This phone number is ringing every other day, no one on the end when I answer it and then the line goes dead - if it is British Gas, I've already told them I dont want telemarketing calls and Im registered with the TPS - so either way, they shouldnt be ringing me!

If its important or a call i'm waiting for then they leave a message on the answer-phone, but these telesales people never do, so no call back for them (not that I would anyway).

just answered a call from this number, they hung up. waste of time! won't answer it again if I see this number.

Received 2 silent calls from this number now - very irritated

I am with British Gas. Thet have been calling me on my mobile when I am on holiday abroad
If I answer, it costs me on my payg phone tariff.
I went online and changed my contact number to one of BG's numbers.
Hopefully they will be calling themselves.

please please stop the calls from this number, im x directory and would love to know how they got my no and why they call me every day. had enuff of it now, please stop them!! thank you

Firms should be fined for nuisance calls!!!!!!

They call and never leave a message. It is most annoying. Who are they, they call several times per day.
