    i have been getting thesse calls for the last three weeks and its non stop at least twice a day! i am still a vodfone customer !! problem is no one speaks it really frustrating

    6 calls already and I only sent the cancellation letter on Monday, even telling them in the damn letter that I'm moving to USA which is why I'm leaving them!

    Actually answered the phone to a polite, chatty salesman but who's being overly pushy and repeitive making me suspicious on who he actually is! Thanks for the earlier messages confirming this number as being Vodaphone, otherwise how would we know? Asking for our Bank details and confirming he could give me his, should I want it, as it's safe enough, doesn't convince me enough! We've  got to be extra suspicous nowadays don't we?

    I cancelled my contract with Vodafone a year ago and had a hell of a job getting the PAC number from them.  Their customer service was awful, the coverage extremely patchy, and everything about them was very poor indeed.

    I've just received my first call from them where I encountered several moments of silence and then some tinny music.  If you're going to call me, at least be on the other end of the phone when I sodding well answer!

    I'm with T-Mobile now and they're much, much better.

    Never in a million years would I go back to Vodafone.  I look forward to telling them that in no uncertain terms if they call me again.

    Am still a Vodafone customer and receiving regular calls from this number, I assume it's because I barely use the phone. I don't answer the calls.

    Yes, I am not alone!  I've been getting on average 2 calls a day from this number now for a week.  I haven't answered any of them.  I never answer calls from numbers I don't recognise, always figuring if its important enough they will leave a message.  Now I know who it is, intersting.  I am a vodafone customer, why are they harassing me like this.  I'm glad I haven't bothered answering if all I was going to get was silence.

    Guys, I've got lots of calls from this number as well, it seems that the only way to avoid them (if you already cancelled your contract) is to switch to silent mode and ignore this number when you got missed calls. If you are still a customer, you should contact them immediately and tell them that you are annoyed with their services and that you will make a formal complaint if it does not stop immediately. This always worked for me -after all they are trying to avoid legal repercussions..

    I hate this bloody number!! It calls me at the wrong time and as with all the rest on this page nobody says anything. I call it back and a voice message saying that i will be charged for this call if i cont.

    Did not know at first it was Vodaphone....until i googled the number and this page came up.

    Very annoying!!! Don't like Vodaphone no more, they always overchaged me and they never get there story right!!!

    Upgraded phone early and had to take 2nd contract & number. Just cancelled 1st contract. Phoned up and explained cancelling 1st contract, i was told to send letter. Received return call almost straight away. After I had sent letter I received 2 letters back offering enticements, even though they know i still have a Vodafone contract with them. Now I have started receiving silent calls from 08080000133 phone number, phone buzzes on silent and when you answer line hangs up. I have received 24 of these calls in 5 days. Is this harrasment ????

    hi i have received a call from this number. And the call was from vodafone.co.uk.  This their upgrade department. Free of cost. I am happy to get that upgrade.

    Had a call today but I silenced it.  No voicemail message left.  Googled the number as it looked different to any phone number I'd seen before i.e is this a scam if I return the call?  Turns out to be Vodafone Retentions according to this link:

    However, I haven't canceled or changed my contract at all.

    2- made me pay for something I did not use
    3- insulted me
    4- and when I cancelled the contract with Vodafone this what we get from them.

    How annnnoying and Thank God I am leaving this country for good and I will never need to use Vodafone ever again.

    same here. annoying - and since i'm abroad, the calls consistently come in at 6 and 11 in the morning. when i answer - nothing, only a slightly higher final phone bill in the offing. nice one vodafone.

    Very annoyed!
    This is Vodafone.  They have been calling me daily for the last week and a half and weekly prior to that for the last two months.  I cancelled my pay monthly contract to go onto pay as you go.  They think that daily calls to check if I've changed my mind is going to make a difference.  Do they think I'm thick - or do most people change their minds when they get harrassed??  I have written to them requesting that I get taken off their mailing / calling / marketing lists but still the calls come through.  The most annoying thing is they identify themselves and then ask me for my date of birth and address to verify who I am!!  I've told them every time that I don't release info like that over the phone from some random caller and then they get a bit rude and offended and when they realise they are getting nowhere they tell me more detail!  Then I get another call the next day.  I have just been exceptionally rude to the last caller so hopefully they will now go away.

    Exactly the same. I've been getting loads of calls from this number, (googled it and found this). It is harassment. I tried to cancel my contract and they wouldn't let me do it on the phone. Tried to do it online and it wouldn't let me either. Writing a letter means I'm still paying the contract while the letter is sending. Requested my PAC code and had these constant calls ever since.
