I actually rang vodafone, and they confirmed it was them and said they would remove me from their list, so no more calls from this number, it will take up to 48 hrs, so give them a call and let them know how many calls you have had, without even getting the chance to answer ths call as it only rings once.

Same problem, where they got my number from, who knows.
If you ignore it, no voice mail, if you answer it, no one there either.
I know someone who works for vodofone engineering, I may ask him how to stop them.

Iv had them call me 4 times in the last 20 hours and it is starting to annoy me as i keep getting interupted when i am busy. If Vodafone are not careful they will end up losing alot of very unhappy customers

why is such a large company like vodafone messing up like this? if it isn't them surely with the amount of complaints they are getting they can go on their computers and block the number from calling all of us! after all the amount of time you have to wait on the phone line for them to answer etc they must be doing something useful well you would think they were!

Or is vodafone just being greedy like other networks and companies are? are they just gettin cold called from SCAMMERS asking to buy numbers and then the person on the end of the phone thinks maybe i could get a bonus so he/she sells all the number s/he can get his/her hands on within a few minutes which could be thousands? someone needs to put a stop to what ever is happening or vodafone will end up going bust as they wont have any customers!

This is a genuine call from vodafone sales centre.  They were trying to get me to take out an additional line on my account.  Didn't take them up on it because the offer was worth it for me.

I am receiving missed calls from 0808 001 1101 on a daily basis, and they leave no message. If this is Vodafone, please contact me via letter or email instead.

Repeated calls from 08080011101 and I do not recognise it

I have been called several times over the past few days by this number. I didnt recognise it so left it to go to vx mail. No vx mail so I decided to call it and was told I would be chrged - I hung up. WHo are these people?

had 3 missed calls from this no. in 2 hours - i am ignoring it! I'm a vodafone customer and can't be bothererd to listen to empty calls!

This is a Vodafone marketing number.  Call 191 and they will remove it.

Fed up with this already!! Received "silent" call this evening. Tell them to quit or they'll lose a customer assuming that everyone is right and it's Vodaphone

Rang me again today but when i answer the call goes dead.

I had a missed call of this number 08080011101. Dont know who it was from because when I answered they never spoke to me. Maybe it could be vodafone but i dont trust these numbers either as there are way to many scams

I've been getting calls from this number 3-4 times a day and since theyve been calling at about 2:45 IN THE MORNING i severely doubt they're from Vodophone.

hace spoken to vodaphone who confirm that this number is calling to offer new contracts/deals.  call 191 to get removed from the list.  they were very helpful.

I finally answered this call after getting them for 2 weeks. It was Vodafone saying that as I am spending £30+ pm using the net on my fone (all true) did I want to change to a £5pm 500mb usage deal instead. 1800 pages a month apparently.

I said I'd have to think about it and he said to call 191 if I wanted to take up the offer.

To be honest - it sounds like a pretty good deal to me, plus the assurance of calling Vodafone cust service to take it up. Legit, imo

What an Earth is going on? Everyday at 1422 this number calls my O2 mobile line. NO one speaks no one answers when I ring back. I am fed up and if Vodaphone or whoever is reading this STOP annoying me.

Got a call at 01.08pm, missed the call but it must be a cold call from vodaphone as im not due for renewal yet
