Report a phone call from 08081450360 and help to identify who and why is calling from this number.
- benfordonce again a Lloyds bank call centre from the Philipines seeking a person who does not live at this address. Having been advised my number has been deleted the calls continue. I guess Lloyds must spend a great deal of time seeking village idiots whom they can employ. These call centre staff are liars why they exist I do not know. They don't deserve to breathe the oxygen or walk this planet alongside decent folk. They certainly make Lloyds appear to be a poorly managed company, indeed their employees in this country are inept.

- annathis number just rang when i answered there was no one on the other end! waste of time if you ask me!
- MarkThis number called me asking for my date of birth and post code saying they were part of Lloyd's banking group, I asked which part she could tell me unless I have her my info after a lot of toing and frowing I hung up. Guys u do realise these are bogus calls and nothing to do with Lloyd's banking group!!!
- Caller: "Lloyd's banking group" FAKE!!
- Call type: Prank
- John| 4 repliesI have worked it out for you all.
It is a secured collections number from Lloyds Banking Group. So this includes, Lloyds, TSB Halifax, Bank of Scotland, Birmingham Midshires and whatever other banks are part of the group.
If you are in arrears or there is an issue with payment or something else then this number will call you. It could be any of the banks within the group but the number 0808 145 0360 will always be the same. Calling it back just gives a generic message.
Why don't they talk when you answer?
It is their collections call center. It has automated dialling. So sometimes it is a system error and they hang and sometimes the caller cant hear you or sometimes the caller is just lazy and going through the motions of their job and hang up as they cannot be bothered talking if you answer.
Why do they ask personal questions?
This is obvious. It is a personal matter so they must ensure they are talking tio the correct person before proceeding with giving you information on the account.
Hope that helps avoid the confusion.- Caller: Lloyds
- Rob BHad nine missed calls, persistent or what can't find any info on them?
- Beck| 1 replyDon't give any details to these people it's a scam, my partner works for Lloyd's and has said that this is a fake number, Lloyd's do have call centers open 24/7 but are not acocciated with this number and will only call you between office hours... I've had several calls off this number and are constantly after sort codes and account numbers no bank will ever ask you for your sort code anyway
- Caller: Fake!!
- Call type: Prank
- dude| 1 replyHad two calls today from this lot; first one no-one spoke and the second said they were C&G and when I asked where they were ringing from they said "Manilla". I hung up as they could not explain why they have rung me 3 times a day for the last 2-3 weeks (yes approx 50+ times !!). Considering I have lloyds group products I rang lloyds who could not really add anything because it was Saturday afternoon and all the people I will need to speak to will be back on Monday. They did both say they had a call centre in the Phillipines; Collections and PPI. What is truly amazing is that my numbers are supposed to have been removed months ago and written contact only (I would recommend this to - normally - stop marketing calls, etc). Nice to know the tax payer funded lloyds is continung to be as ....... as ever. Will be reporting this to the FCA and OFFCOM next week.
- Wassock replies to dudeThis number has called me a few times this week claiming to be BT!
When I challenged them they said they were an outsource company and were trying to gain customers from other providers with fantastic deals on behalf of BT.
I informed them on Friday without giving them my info that I was under contract to Virgin, another call today despite them saying my number would be removed from thier dialler. - KateThis number called me today while at work ( i work for Humberside Police ). It was an indian saying he had a personal matter to discuss with me so i replied with 'Ok and what personal matter would that be?' He asked me to confirm my D/O/B and full name...odd when i answered the phone and already knew my name? Made it quite clear that i didn't believe them, they proceeded to tell me to call Halifax to verify it. I spoke to a police officer who checked the number the call was made from and they confirmed that it is not UK based and has no direct link to Halifax/Lloyds/BoS etc. Don't answer the call and if you do, don't get them ANY information whatsoever. Additonally, If Halifax want to call me they ALWAYS call my landline never mobile. Checked at home when i returned to see if they had called...they hadn't
- Caller: Lloyds Banking
- Call type: Telemarketer
- bevwhy dont phone companies stop these people constantly ringing us - this number rings me every day from early morning til late at night really annoying!
- Cornish MaidThis number has been ringing constantly from 8am to 8pm & never leaves a message. I answered it just now and was told the call was from C&G (my mortgage company). Clearly foreign, I asked where she was calling from and she said the philippines. I said I only deal with people within the UK which threw her completely! I asked for a number for me to call in the UK and she gave me the same one she called from - presumably if I ring it i'll be connected to someone in the philippines!
Why don't these big institutions realise that we're all fed up dealing with impersonal offshore call centres. This is where our extortionate banking fees get spent. If I have to suffer these intrusive calls I'd much rather it was providing someone in the Uk with employment! OK rant over for now.....- Caller: Philippines-based call centre (working for seemingly all of the UK banks)
- Andrew| 1 replyCalled my mobile and my home phone. Caller said he was from Lloyds ringing about my bank account. I have never had an account with Lloyds so I just told him, said goodbye and put the phone down.
