ive got constant phone calls from this number 08081 450 360 they have called my mobile, work and house number. they wont tell me why they are calling and need me to confirm my personal details before carrying on with the call. i have rang lloyds bank and they say this number is nothing to do with them.

im more concerned they are calling my work everyday and its only a matter of time before i get into trouble.
is there anyone that i can call to put a formal complaint in about this number?

They rang and I answered and they said that they were Halifax bank

That can't be it because I've been getting calls claiming to be Bank of Scotland when I don't have a BoS account - how can I be in debt to them?  On top of that, banks know not to ask for personal details over the phone because advice to the public for years now has been 'don't give your details over the phone'

It's a scam, they rang my house phone but the call cut off a second into the conversation (with English sounding male), straight after got a call on my mobile (from a East Asian sounding female).
She didn't state which company she was calling from, just said "there's a problem with your bank account, we just need to check everything is ok, can you please give us your date of birth and postcode so we can verify who you are."
I said no and asked where she got my number from, she said it's listed on my account, but I refused and asked which bank it was so I could contact them directly. She said the call was from Halifax.
I called Halifax directly and they confirmed that it wasn't one of there numbers and most likely a scam as they wouldn't call like that!
I gave them the number and they tried ringing it and even they said although it sounds official it's definitely not theirs!!
Which means some scamlords have my mobile and home numbers :-s

after weeks of their HARASSING calls all time of day and night - thinking this was cold callers as no message left and not traceable - have now found out it is the BIRMINGHAM MIDSHIRES - part of HALIFAX - DISGUSTED - This should not be allowed from cold callers let alone A REPUTABLE COMPANY - SORT YOURSELF OUT BIRMINGHAM (UNPROFESSIONAL) MIDSHIRES!

This 08081 450360 number has called me every day at the same time (1.20pm) for the last month. They say they're from lloyds bank (who I do have an account with, but an online one) and it's regarding the issue I went into the branch with last week????? Don't have to go into the branch. I've been in touch with Lloyds who have confirmed that the call is definitely not from them and it's a scam. Please, if you are getting these calls do not give any details, these people will clear your account.

lloyds banking group or one of it agents bank of scotland halifax sainsburys plc i complained to them to tell them who they looking for does not exist at my number but still get the calls every day they dont listen and im changing my number

Rang me just after 8am on a Saturday morning.  Nobody there so it's now in my call blocker so they won't bother me again.  I do that now with all silent calls.  Also it's now set to block withheld, anonymous, private and overseas numbers.  Life is definitely getting quieter.

this number has rang me every day for a week now when ive rung it back it says its lloyds. went to lloyds bank for another matter and asked the lady there she told me its not lloyds bank get the number blocked

This number has called me every day this week , mobile first then landline . Today I got caught out as phoned my landline first . When I answered there was quite a long silence then a lady said Good morning can I speak to a mrs ...... which is me , my reply was it is me she then said I am calling from Lloyds personal banking but before we go any further can you please confirm your date of birth !! With this I said we are now going out and she just hung up . This is 11.15 on a Sunday morning and a BANK holiday weekend and does she think I am just going to give anyone my date of birth over the phone . I go into my local branch at least once a week so will be checking this out also seeing as I am a regular visitor to the branch wouldn't they be the ones to discuss things with me while I am in there !?

They literally said the exact same thing to me word for word. It's almost insulting that they think we're that stupid.

Received a call from this number. The caller was a female with an Asian accent. She asked for me by name and I said "Speaking". She then said she was from Halifax and wished to discuss a personal banking matter, but needed to go through security and asked me to confirm my D/O/B and postcode. I declined to do so and she very politely said that I would receive a letter regarding the matter in the coming days and can contact them.

I called the Halifax Mortgage Assistance line on 08081450430 and they confirmed they have nothing to discuss with me. Their collections number is 08081450367. The agent on the phone (a man with an English accent) tried calling 08081450360 for me to see if he could make sense of it and said it sounded like a legit Halifax number/message but couldn't be sure and suggested that I do not divulge personal details to them in future.

Called me, said they where bank of Scotland and wanted to do security checks. I refused as 1 I do not have an account with them and 2 they called me so I started asking them security questions in which they hung up

I have had calls from this number but if I don't recognise the number I don't answer. I check on here first. By the way Manilla is 7 hours in front of us.I

Just got my fourth call from this number asking for Michael Johnson. Obviously not me. Same Philippines accent. I don't want to call it back incase it's a scam and I get charged. However I am going to tell my son it's ironman next time he calls. That should waste a bit of their time!

HBOS is owned by Lloyds. They are the same company

If it is Lloyds/ Halifax beware, they 'lost' £4k of our money, found it and are now demanding £2k for the privilege.  So far as I am concerned Lloyds are fraudsters and liars.

Funny you should say that! This number rang my Mobile and Home number today ( Sunday ) at 14:00?? Ring back with the 'You were called by Lloyds or the subsids etc' and then abrupt disconnect! .... Sounds like a Scam to me!!
