This number keeps calling.. we have no reported to the police as a nuisance caller.

I had a call this afternoon on my mobile. They asked for JENNY (and my correct surname).
When I said the name is JEAN ............ they hung up

They called this afternoon. When I picked up there was no answer at the other end for about a minute, until I hung up.

this number called me on my mobile and hung up when i answered it

The same number just called me as Wales are about shoe england a lesson inhow to play rugby. they can get real if i'm answering.

They keep ringing me and asking for my name and i dont know how they have my name.

They called me too, but i hung up on them . . . both times.

Lots of Background noise, "Hello Hello Hello" was all that was said then they hung up

This number has called me twice over the last two days, first time i answered but they hung up without saying a word and the second time i ignored it.

Im getting rid of this phone in a few weeks so my problem will go away but for the rest of you people i feel sorry for you having to put up with this.

I have received 40 calls today from this number. Phoned EON to complain, initally they did not want to help me because I am not customer. Then they just phoned the number to put my details on it to try to stop it calling me, that didnt work. They have promised me a call back tomorrow. I have since phoned OFCOM, they really cant investigate unless a lot of people come forward to complain about it. If EON are found guilty of being in excess of 'threshold 4' which is about 1 call a day, then they can be fined up to £2,000,000. I will be letting EON know about this tomorrow. They also suggested the Telephone preference service but as I run a business I don't really want that. So please everyone if you can contact OFCOM 0300 123 3333.

I'm having problems with E.On and Scottish Power. E.On have called me 14 times on my MOBILE today (I picked up once and they asked for a Mr -my surname-, of which there is none bar my father, and I don't talk to him), and SP about 10 times since early January. I have no idea where they both got my number, but they're going to be ignored/rejected and eventually blocked if they persist.

Rang me and didn't leave a message when answer machine kicked in after reading posts here i'll continue to ignore

15.53 17 Feb. No one spoke. Had previously today told Eon politely that I did not wish to speak to them - if this number was Eon, of course.

I am already not keen to switch, especially as the earlier call was from India or similar. Keep these jobs in the UK!

ive been called up 5 times in the last 3 days. i dont understand how they even got my number. when i pick up there is none there. its getting pretty annoying now. and i dont really want to have to change my phone number, is there any other options of what i can do?

Phoned me 3 times in 20 minutes. No speaky speaky each time.

today at 10:45am  they rang me and i answered i didnt speak but they said iv wanted to talk to you,i quickly took my battery out
