They valued our business, the current correct market value was just over £325000, they said it was worth over £700000, they charge a huge up front fee and you are tied into them BAD

Darned annoying - got oftel onto them!

I get call from these guys at least once per week they are driving me mad!

They rang me and didnt say anything i put the phone down before they had the oppotunity to do so

I am fed up with this company ringing and asking for the owner of the business and when told they are unavailable they just put the phone down.

I THINK SOMEONE NEEDS TO TEACH THESE PEOPLE ON THE OTHER END SOME MANNERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been having the same problem so called them.
Lady on the phone was very pleasant, says she gets loads of calls about the same thing, most not so polite as me.
She's only an employee like me, no point getting aggressive with someone for something the company does. She just has to take the phone calls from angry punters!!
Having said that, if they carry on........

Had a call from 08452507252 (RTA Business Services). They called me on my private home number (I am not a business). As soon as I answered they hung up. I called the number back and was given only one option 'press 1' I got through to what seemed to be a receptionist who again hung up on me once I attempted to ask why they had called me. I rang again and this time I pressed 3 although this option was not on offer. Amazingly I got through to someone else who obviously wasn't expecting my call. I asked again why they would call and just hang up. He said it was just an error. I went on to say that there was either something devious going on or that if it was an error it was happening very often to a great many people and presumably was costing RTA a lot of time and/or money. At this point the person said he would remove my number from their database. Hopefully that did the trick.

This company is still calling my mobile & I'm still ignoring them! The telesales cycle continues....

i'm sick of it,they phoning again every day,just hang up when i answer,they email me too,i emailed them back and told them to stop ringing me,they did for about two weeks now they have started again.

This company have been calling me at least weekly.  They ask if I want to sell my business.  I keep telling them no and asking them to take me off their list, but they do not.  I received another call from them today.  I have now asked them in writing to remove me from their list.  I will see what happens.

I get cals from them for a few days every month asking for the owner. I always tell them I am (part- owner technically). I get this on both our lines. Firts few time I am very polite and explain I dont want to sell my business and they say thankd and hang up. The rest of the time I jump in and tell them I am sick of their calls and tell them to take them me off the database.
This month I have been getting calls that are not saying anything and I eventually hang up. I looked on the internet and got a telephone number for head office and explained and the lady said that she would contact the call centre and ask them to take my numbers off.
Once more and I will try oftel.
