Said they were calling from Call Commander Network. I am TPS registered.
They are breaking the law by making these calls.

I have been contacted almost daily by this number over a 2 week period.
Nobody speaks, just dialling tone.
Completely fed up with this!

i've received seven calls from them in two weeks

you can either talk to an adviser and do it with them, or do it by pressing

Usual incompetent stuff...phone rings you answer and their two bit operation is busy...these sites should be easier to ban!!!!!

Weatherseal have phoned several times recently and phoned today at 10.50 am.  When I answered there was no reply and this has happened before.  I registered with TPS.

been receiving regular calls @ 10.30am most days from 08452639001 its weatherseal.  i phoned them back today in a rage! and got a message which stated I could enter my telephone number to remove it from their calling list so here's hoping. We registered with the TPS about 6 moths ago.

Caller sounded Indian, in a very noisy room claiming to be from from Feature Homes - PITA.
I am with TPS.

This company is Weatherseal, using aliases such as 'Feature Homes.'

If they have your number, it will not be removed unless you ask for it to be removed, and the caller is required to take your details and pass them on. If they call again, they are breaking the law.

Weatherseal are consistently dealt enforcement notices from the ICO for their breach of cold calling regulations. Hopefully the company will face bankruptcy some day soon, I just wish more people knew.

caller asked for home owner and claimed to be offering replacement windows and doors - selected homes from postcode lottery. hung up without reply when told not interested.

I am ex-directory and on TPS.  Received a call from this number this morning, asked for the homeowner, my daughter gave me the phone and they'd hung up.

Noticed the number on my phone when I got home.  I'm ex-directory and on TPS.

They called heard some noise in the background then they hung up premium number must want me to call back no chance.

I have just received a second call from this number. The first call was as with many others - noise in background then hungup. This time, they asked to speak to the homeowner. I advised that there is no homeowner as they had called a MOBILE NUMBER!!

Call them back and you can remove ur number from their database

Missed the call for this number. Rang BT callback and it took me to an answerphone message saying "You have recieved a call from 'Weatherseal' We are sorry we missed you and will try again"!!! Our phone line is also EX Directory!!

This company is Weatherseal windows.  I just spoke to a very pleasant woman at the Glasgow office - landline 0141 243 2217 who apologised for the call I received earlier, given the fact that I'm both ex-directory, and on the TPS system.  Apparantly they get their data from BT, so they're the ones to complain to should you be on TPS and receive calls (bear in mind that it can take up to 6 months from first registration to be completely effective).  Hope this helps someone.
