I left Sky about 6 months ago and i keep getting endless calls upon calls upon calls!  driving me slowly insane.  I even told them they have the wrong number and I have just received another call!!  Nothings stops them.

This is the monster that is Sky at its worse, we receive 4 to 5 calls per day from this number, I have told them to stop but they do not take any notice. I took the advise of one of the above posters and phoned them on 080005125961, I spoke to an agent who told be that my name and number would be removed from their database but it would take 24 hours for this to take effect, ok thanks I said and looked forward to a nice pre Christmas without these annoying toerags bothering me.

Spoke far too soon, received one call about 20 hours later, ignored it after being told it takes 24 hours, then got another call about 8pm last night and then 2 further calls today. Phoned Sky today and was told that my name HAD been removed and that I should not receive any more calls asking if I would like to come back, but their system showed that I had in fact been called 3 times after the 24 hours, the woman that I spoke to was, for a Sky agent lost for words and could only mutter a few sorry's, told her that I wanted a written apology with an explanation as to why I still received calls, she said that they would do that but I don't hold out much hope. Reported the calls to TPS and told Sky the next time I receive a call from them I will report it to the police as harassment.

THIS NEEDS TO STOP, IF EVERYONE WHO RECEIVED AN UNWANTED CALL FROM SKY CONTACTED THEM ON 080005125961 OR 08442414141 AND COMPLAINED IT WOULD CLOG UP THEIR SYSTEM AND THEY MAY GET THE MESSAGE.

so this is sky. no longer with them. no message left by them. now becoming a nuisance. please stop I will make up my own mind whether or not to go back

they use a system much like many sales companies whereby ten or so numbers are called by one salesperson and the first person of that 'batch' who picks up is spoken with - the rest are greeted with silence. i found out about this after contacting the police when i received eleven calls in a half hour period from what turned out to be an insurance company who had retained my details after i did an online price comparison! the company that this number is attached to has now moved from my landline to my mobile!

Calling me every day now since I removed my TV subscription. I have told them and they have 'apparently' removed me from future marketing calls yet I am still receiving them.

Very annoying and it has certainly made me change my mind about Sky, I would not recommend them!

Got a succession of calls from unknown numbers this morning - the final one from 08452777380 very annoying. If this is Sky I left them 2 years ago? and have a FreeSat Humax HDD+ box which is brilliant. We are now able to watch BBCiplayer on the TV and apparently soon to get ITV equivalent too. I only miss Sky for Sports but am happy to visit the welcoming local for any games I am unable to get to live - we don't have Virgin in our area. The box had paid for itself within 10 months from savings on extortionate Sky fees for programmes that we never watched anyway.

08452777380. Silent calls several times a  day since I stopped my Sky subscription. I am registered with the TPS and will be reporting them.

Guessing this was Sky as I left them a month ago.

this is supposedly from UPS, but I called them and they never called me.

I recently cancelled Sky & now get calls at least once a day from them trying to het me to re-sign. Isn't this harrassment?

just called me asking if i was happy with service, and asked me to verify who i was, i said you called me, you verify who you are! asked me if i was happy, i told him broadband was [***]! short call.

Received a silent call today from this number. As my phone package allows free calls to 0845 numbers phoned back to discover it was a marketing call from SKY.
Don't know what they are wanting me for as I already have the full package.
Hopefully they'll check and discover that if not, as already seen on this thread, will get another inconvenient call.

been called by this number and had some woman on the phone laughing but couldnt understand what she is saying ... really beginning to piss me off!!!

Despite being registered with the TPS, got a cold call from SKY, 08452777380.  Fortunately we were out & our answer phone cut in but call was then immediately terminated with no message.  Dialled 1471 to find the above number had called.  We do not subscribe to SKY & never will do, as they are an expensive monopoly.  Do not call thier 0845 number back, as you get charge & SKY rake off a share of your call costs!  Report them to highlight their devious marketing ploy.

SKY ....silent call .....  The best way to approach these if you get caught  out answering the phone  would be to reckon that you have  just recently acquired the property or moved in . Next egg em on by pretending that you are interested in their product get them to tell you all about it how good it is keep this up for at least half an hour but remember to try to shy away from dealing with the payment side of things they will try to get you to sign up asap.( the name of the game here is to keep stalling them by saying  em i still not sure yet / tell me more.) eventually they will get on to the payment method  let them ask how you would like to pay  ,ask what options they have . once they have explained  all the payment option (here comes the punch line ) tell them that you have no credit or debit card or bank account.  you should get a negative response  back down the phone at the cost of a long phone call paid by them and a whole lot of their time totally wasted . DON'T  LET THEM GET YOU MAD JUST BECAUSE THEY RING AT DAFT TIMES ETC. HAVE SOME FUN AT THEIR EXPENSE . LOL
