Or in other words we will take £395 + VAT upfront from any business. This charge is payable when the Valuation Office has acknowledged there is a case. The Valuation Office has to acknowledge any case submitted to them as ALL business owners have the legal right to appeal their business rates. Unlike our other competitiors, we do not charge you a percentage of your rateable value of take any money from the back end. One might be duped into believing we are offering a more competitive service and that we want our customers to reap the financial rewards from our services. However a plainer truth is that there is very little chance we can achieve a reduction in your rates....we cannot take a percentage from 0.....however we will be please to take your £395+VAT regardless.

im just reading all your comments with a sigh of relief, these scumbags have been harrassing my mum for the past few months.constant aggressive phonecalls and threatening letters have got her at breaking point. I honestly thought we were alone but BOY was i wrong!
everything im reading is what were suffering, thank god ive found this site because we were seriously considering paying up just to get rid of them.
Ive just made a complaint to trading standards and will be contacting watchdog next.

yes i did ask them to post me the proof of my signature but till today no reply. still waiting.Went to see somebody from citizen advice... and they laughed, N1 FORMS are only issued from the court and you have to sign it for the proof of delivery.

Well if nothing comes out of this forum, it’s a small relief to know that it’s caused some people who were considering paying up to Britannia Law Limited to reconsider. That has to count for something!

Well done Simon,and everyone who posted.I posted on the first page of this forum,heard nothing from them as I sent them a recorded letter two months ago, until today on my answer machine, this time the name is Ian Swindon, before him was "Marcus Berryman, several letters all with different names Helen Swann (Customer Services)Keri Johnson (Customer Services) Judith Harrison (Accounts Dept) Stephen Davies (Recovery Devision) the list is endless!.

The more people see this forum the better, I contacted Nottingham police, they confirmed Britannia Law Ltd does not reside at that post code, as the police have the most accurate database in the country,it supported my view they are BOGUS and everyone who unfortunatly receives cold calls from them must refuse to do business with them.

Examining the new Britannia Law Ltd website reveals that most of the web images have been thieved from rival swindlers, "McLaren & Fitch" (of Mayfair!) (snigger!)

The scammer running Britannia Law Ltd has also pilfered much of his web text directly from the McLaren & Fitch website.

Is there no honour among thieves these days?!

There is no suggestion that Britannia Law Ltd and the equally despicable McLaren & Fitch - are in any way connected.

The web-linking to the M&F website looks more like a devious attempt to falsely incriminate M&F in the Britannia fraud.

Be aware that Ms Amy BAINBRIDGE and her sugar-daddy accomplice at Britannia Law Ltd are also using web bugs to monitor visitors to their new website.

For the purposes of the Data Protection Act, that web surveillance involves the collection and retention of personal data including internet protocol (IP) addresses.

Britannia Law Ltd must be registered with the Office of the Information Commissioner to retain that personal data.  Failure to register with the ICO is another Criminal Offence to add to the growing Charge Sheet for BAINBRIDGE and her accomplice, "John DOE".

On the subject of Ms Amy BAINBRIDGE, the puppet director of this scam, the net is closing in on her.  

Friends of BAINBRIDGE are starting to panic. Which one of them will spill the beans first?
