Thanks Val I am very impresed with the letter,i think it is very capable of shutting them up!!. Iam now feeling much more confident.

Proctor Law Ltd's web  page still under construction!! is by C P Berry construction. They will lay a wonderfull tarmack drive!!!! but are crap at web sites!! look um up.They do seem to be a reputable co.Make of this what you will.

laneset can be linked backed to higgins and thomas as they shared the same website design! ive also done some more investigations on the company names involved and found a few more companies operating out of nottingham,

this scam needs outing big style as they are all using the same scripts and paper work! and they all charge the same price!  

i run a small engineering firm in york and i must get atleast 5 calls a day from these companies all telling me exactly the same! i agreed to see some paper work from a couple of them and it was the same letter with different letter heads. shocking!

i did get verbal abuse but told them they are a scam and had a list of all your helpful hints this guy said he was called max which i doubt wouldnt send me the tape had to go through email which i didnt oblige he also wouldnt give me directors names but did say hed hand this over to the legal dept still waiting .....

I did have an audio file sent by email.But it had been edited!! a number of questions i asked had been removed. I think this is most definately a criminal act.It is falsifying evidence.In a way i am hoping they do take me to court as i think i can prove there criminal intent, but i don't think they dare!!

hi have contacted a friend in the met who investigated proctor law ltd it turns out there being investigated by trading standard for fraud so please everyone get in contact with your local trade and standards to build a stronger case and stop these aseholes from praying on hard working people

Don't forget to report to ACTION FRAUD. This is linked to the police fraud investigation units.You can talk to someone or chat on line and update any time as you are given a "crime reference number"!!. So get on and do it.

i to had a call from the brittania law.unfortunatly i did sent them a cheque which has been cashed.i have had no dealings with them since .and have tried to call then numerous times but with no joy.

Report them to Action Fraud They are criminals who take your money and run. Action Fraud will log all details and give you a crime refererance number.You can talk to to someone on 0300 123 2040. or chat online. As i said get on and report it won't cost you anything ,but it might in the long run cost them a great deal!! Don't forget all this info goes to police fraud investigation unit. SO GET ON & DO IT.
