very abusive and nasty when they are on the phone

they are bullies!!!!

Constantly calling and hanging up with no way of me getting back to them. Corperate bulling allowed by our caring goverment.

For whatever reason they think it's a good idea to ring my mobile at 8 o'clock in the morning!

I just had a call from these for my sister. I told them she was at work and the bloke got quite indignant when I wouldn't to give him her mobile or work numbers. He refused to tell me what company he was calling from or give me a number she could call back on.

Keeps ringing, asking for my D.O.B, Post code, address, mothers maiden name

leaves a answer message, does not mention where he is calling from just a business call

They have been agroing me for months now on my employers mobile day and night. I dont have any debt but they still keep asking for my personal details. I told them to f****** in the end but they still keep ringing. I am in debt collection myself and they cannot do this. I have sent a letter to their office stating that i will place the matter in the hands of the court and police as this is harrassment, and i dont owe anyone anything. I will let you know what response i get. I think the staff there need to be trained how to speak to people with respect. If i spoke to debtors like that i would be sacked on the spot!!!!!

This company is great fun, i can get on their nerves about 4 times a day, they ask for a different name each time they call, i ask for their name, address, and any other ridiculous questions, regarding anything desgusting and outrageous, they start shouting, i ask calmly for them to have an affair with me, apparantly i owe 5000 pounds or whatever, but i'm 15, i just love recording their calls or putting them on speaker with my mates.

it says here that they work for paypal and ebay and yes i do owe them money but what i dont know is how they got my number, the number i registered for paypal and ebay has not been used for over a year, but the number they called me on was a new sim card only a week old, i have not give anyone the number yet and its not registered to any name or address yet. so dont know how they got it or how they know its me unless they dont know its me so if they dont then why are they calling. anyway i have never answered cause i dont if i dont know who is calling.

i recieved a phone call sayin i owed money to united utilities an asked me to give my address and account details so i said if ur ringing on behalf of them you should have my details an they hung up now all i get is a phone call off them first thing every morning to which i answer an they hang up really quickly or i hear someone laughing in the background. very annoying !!!

Haha how ya doin guys, We and my Mrs owe these [***] money and its only 20 pouns but they just wont stop callin haha. they aint getting nothing from me neither purely because I dont trust them.. Toda they have rang 3 times Morning was the usual ring me and then hang up the 2nd call being just after 12pm and I spoke to the scouser geezer and told him to [***] off in the end and the last call being at just before 9pm which rang and rang off. Does any 1 know what they actually ring and ring off? Also any ideas on what it would cost to ring them back coz I feel like giving them some [***] over the fone for ringing so much lol, Speak soon guys.

I have been getting calls from this company, they do hang up, when i phoned back i asked why and they said it was something to do with a computer system that cuts out. Unfortunately, disputes with Avon lead them to pursue me via this company. However they have been quite reasonable during the time i have dealt with them, allowing me to only pay a small amount to show I will make payment but allowing time for me to resolve the actual amount i owe with avon.

They've been calling me twice a day for the last 6 days, very rude and hang up when I try and tell them they have the wrong number.

Interim Justica are simply low life scum who buy a block of debts for between 3p and 22p in the pound £ and then threaten you with all kinds of dire legal proceedings. They depend on your fear and you thinking that they represent the company you had your original debt with.
They DO NOT represent the original company they only represent INTERIM (Dirty Tricks) JUSTICA.In Britain you can get BT 'choose to refuse' it cost approx £3.00 pounds per month. You can log upto 10x numbers that you don't want to get through. including the tripe from the INTERIM JUSTICA 0870330159 number. if you get a call from these B's just ignore them whatever they may threaten, eventually they go away like the parasitic cowards they are.
You have a choice ignore them or pay up, do yourself a favour and ignore these phone thugs.
Their name may sound legal,but it carries no weight & means nothing.
Like all bullies they are useless when tackled don't argue just hang up and keep on hanging up no matter what.Ignore all their lettersas well, throw them in the bin unopened, I did.

number calls 7 times per week. hangs up usually, but had 5minute conversation today with one rep called laura, strong liverpool accent,very aggressive and threatening.gave no details to her, she then hung up after i questioned an account number that she didnt know. beware

I am just about sick to the back teeth with these [***] and their continuous calling every day of the [***] week! They call at 7am, they call at 10pm sometimes. OUTRAGEOUS! I have had at least 30 calls from these low life scumbags in the past 2 weeks.

I have answered their calls numerous times, because sometimes the caller ID shows up as Unknown, and one moment stands out for me. Last week, I received a call from these tossers at 8am in the morning. Furious, I answered the call and proceeded to ask who the [***] they think they are by calling me so early in the morning. The bloke on the other end told me to calm down and asked me whether "Suzanne Proctor" was at home. I told him that nobody of that name has ever lived in this house. The bloke asked me for MY name, address and all manner of personal details. I told him my name was Ronald McDonald and gave him a false address. The bloke then told ME that his records indicated that I owed some random company, cant remember the name, £8000!!! I told him that I owe nothing to anyone and he is extremely mistaken. The idiot then puts me on hold for about 5 minutes and then some woman comes on. She tells me that If I don't pay the amount owed in 2 weeks, they will send bailiffs to my house and collect the arrears themselves. I told the silly girl that it was impossible for me to owe this debt because I gave a false name and address. She then got very angry and threatened to set her "dialler", or whatever that is, to call me every 5 minutes non stop until I paid the amount. I told her that such behaviour is illegal and if she tried to do it, I would file a report and take her to court and get her sued. She then got the bloke back on who told me that Suzanne Proctor has to get in contact with them or the calls will continue. Then they hung up.

I have still received calls from these morons every 2 hours or so and It is just unacceptable.

She threatened you.......You threatened her.

Her dialer is carrying out her threats by calling you every couple of hours.    It's up to you to take her to Court as you threatened or put up with it

This company and those who work for it are lower than Peadophiles, they are liverpoolbased and you already know their number like 'suck this says dont let them keep dialing you get BT's 'CHOOSE TO REFUSE' and you can stop them calling you.this system can bar up to ten numbers of your choice, you can also get BT to stop annonymous calls.
Whatever you do do not let them goad you in to a slanging match with them jusy keep off the phone or hang up. you will know it's them by the delay in answering you and the background noise. the delay tells you it;s them so hang up without a word.
Don't worry give them a taste of their own medicine, don't let them wind you up.
(Liverpool should be disgusted with itself allowing this bloodsucking company to operate in it's glorious city, (This company just adds to the old 'city of thieves' image it has tried so hard to lose)
