asked for me by my full name so i asked who was calling to which he replied adrian, to which he again asked to speak to me.  This happened 3 times and he would not clarify where he was ringing from so I wouldnt clarify who he was speaking to.  So he then stated "that you have caused a load of trouble and that he would send someone around to my house." to which he then hung up.
Aggressive Threatning pr%ck.

Just got a call from these guys - asked for someone I didn't know, not aggressive but far from polite. Just a grumble and hung up.

They didn't say who they were, but I always cross check here so assume it's that credit agency.

I've just had a call from this number. The guy on the phone said he was from Work and Pensions..

Every day. . . .then there was a break and then theyre back again. HOME PHONE and MOBILE. one guy rang my 'MOBILE' this morning and asked for me, i said i wasnt there and he said, 'OK ILL TRY HIS MOBILE'
they are complete arrogant, obnoxious, rude individuals, who harrass non stop. they need to sort it out. or someone does.

I've just told these idiots I'm a widow living by myself and have a heart condition (all true.) They hung up but phoned me again two hours later. I just want to cry - they are the scum of the earth. Matthew Parry/Perry if you are out there, please stop giving my phone number out as yours.

Had a brand new line installed on Thursday - it's a dedicated line for some voluntary work I'm doing and has been installed by the charity I'm working with. The line has already been registered with TPS and via BT's branded "privacy" option, but that aside, there is no way they can have any legitimate reason to call, so it would appear their intention can only be criminal/fraudulent if they purport to be debt collectors yet are calling unlisted numbers of people they've never had dealings with. I have not spoken to them as the call came in while I was out, but picked up their number from 1471. A little concerned because my answerphone message has my mobile number on it. Disgraceful that you can't make legitimate use of a service you've paid for because people like this are allowed to abuse the telecoms service. They should be barred from having phones!

Don't cry when these 'B's call you simply hang up and have a good laugh, no matter what they say to you they have no legal power what so ever, their threats are empty words, not very nice, but still empty. They can not do a thing to you, don't waste your timne arguing with them just hang up the phone and sit back laughing. do the same with any mail they may send you bin it unopened or shred it.
They depend on your fear and you thinking people will call on you etc,dont worry they wont because these people cant do what the may threaten.
These people buy your original debt in a block of thousands for approx 3p to 22p in the £
pound, they then contact the poor sucker whose number they've got, ie: Yours.
Then they pester you with all manner of threats.
Things to bear in mind;
1:These disgusting people are not collecting the debt for the original company you owed the money to, that company has effectively given up on your debt and sold it on at a loss to these cockroaches.
2:The low life scum at interim jusica have no legal authority of any kind and can not touch you in any way, forget them, hang up the phone and have a cup of tea, do not let them stress you out.
3:Don't let them spook you in to paying any amount of money to them that money only goes to interim justica nobody else will see any part of it & certainly not any company you think you may owe the money to.
Interim justica do not collect money on behalf of the compay you owe, they collect it only for interim justica.
If you do choose to pay them anything you are giving them the support to carry on threatening others in the same way you have been abused.
Do not be scared of them, do not pay them a penny, hang up and bin their letters, do not speak to them, Have a laugh and a drink.If you all do this this site will be rid of Interim Justica victims.

I had paid of Littlewoods, when 6mths later i got a letter from IJ telling me that they had taken over my account and owed them 450. That was two years ago and dispite initially sending them copies of the proof that i had NO dept, i have had everything done to me that all you other victims have spoken in way of harrasment. I havd used a loud whistle down the phone on the last three occasions IJ phoned but even this doesn't work so IJ must DETEST there minium wage workers just like us ! WOW

Everyone who thinks IJ really doesn't care about there M/wage workers like us and would like to let the arrogant worker no this next time they're harrasing you - BLOW YOUR WHISTLE at them ! Soon get the message that we no IJ doesn't like them or care about their health ! SO START WHISTLING

These jokers want £300 from me reguarding a budget loan I supposedly received from the job centre back in 2003, I've been in full time employment since 2001 so it obviously isn't me they're lookin for, I explained this to a liverpudlian fella who said he was calling on behalf of working pensions LTD, unfortunately I gave them my new address and DOB,he hung up and I was called 2 days later to be hassled again only this time they wanted my national insurance number to make sure it was me they wanted, strange? I didn't no it from memory and asked them to phone back.  I was then contacted a 3rd time by a very young sounding girl, I finaly lost my cool and asked for written confirmation and that I would take it further, she rudely told me my matter was now pending and hung up on me. One word springs to mind...[***]!!! Anymore [***]  and ill threaten them with legal action.

Interim Justicia is a foul company that trains people to harass others for money and work outside of the UK law and yet Labour thought it a good idea to employ them. Interim Justicia is contracted by Labour to collect for CSA and Social loans. these people have being ringing my home for months but this time when i explained the person they were after was out the caller started asking me personal questions - were you up before they left the house, have they gone to work?  i explained they had no right to know anything about me and he got quite nasty - i laughed at him and hung up - then i thought i'd come on here and check them out and i'm glad i did.

next time they ring i'll just laugh at them and hang up - nice of Labour to spend my pension and now give my step kids details to these horrible people!

we could always start a campaign to get our money back off MP's via IJ - do you think they'd take on such a large debt rather than a few hundred quid?

I was really enjoying blowing my whistle down the phone at IJ everytime they phoned BUT they've stopped - well for now anyway! Come on IJ phone me up, i really look forward to your phone calls these days!

Harrased 5X every day by phone about a caterlog debt that i do not nor have EVER had. They are so rude and have such bad attitudes when i try to explain that i owe nothing i am so anxious about the whole thing.  Can someone please tell me if they are breaking the law ? Thank you

Lately I have been receiving calls from this number, at different times between 8am and 6pm - this mornings was at 08:10 - and each time I say "hello" there is silence followed by the click of the distant receiver being 'hung-up'! It would be nice to speak to someone so I could tell them where to go and what to do when they get there!  I eat rude scousers and Glaswegians for breakfast!
My advice is don't be intimidated by these low-life scumbags, the law really is on your side regarding harassing calls and if you do speak to them the golden rules are:
1.    NEVER, under ANY circumstances give out ANY PERSONAL DETAILS to ANYBODY on the phone - even if you know the person you're talking to, you'd be surprised how easy it is to tap a phone line!

2.    NEVER give out anyone else's details either - YOU could be liable to litigation under the Data Protection Act.

3.    If you are asked for any information ask them to submit a request, in writing via the mail, directly addressed to the person they are seeking and when they ask for the address remind them that they said they have it on file, SO USE IT!

4.    Finally, tell them that the entire conversation has been recorded and will be used to prevent any further attempts at harassment should they occur.
(Even if you didn't record it - they don't know that!)

That should get them off your back, but you can be sure that whoever set them on to your number, for whatever reason WILL use another, similar outfit, to continue the harassment so you will have to repeat the above procedure many times more.

I've just blocked this lot. They have been told not to call so many times it is ridiculous. BT or whoever, needs to stop these people!
