- tabdwell thats crazy that we all have the same story, its all a scam i knew it as soon as i went in and noticed the credit card machine in the corner. My story is the same as everyone else and whats so funny is this guy Micheal that interviewed with me was so nice until he saw i wasnt handing over any money, then he was pretty much ready 4 me to go. Sorry Micheal im just not no dummy. And they never left me any messages either hmmmm no evidence. The name of the person who called me was "Mr. Diaz" BE AWARE.....
- Caller: INTERFACE
- JessI was also approached in the Danbury Mall and gave my information on a lark. I went home and did some research and found that Interface has been labeled an "unsatisfactory business" by the Better Business Bureau. The report says that they have received numerous complaints about Interface and several other companies of different names that are run by the same individual. The BBB said that they have been trying to warn malls in CT, NJ, and a couple of other places not to let these people market there. So I would say yes, it is a scam and I have definitely done my research

- UGGGMAKE SURE you dont do this please please please it is a total scam im gonna do to the mall this week and since i already got scammed, im sure they will stop me again but then i tell them that im a minor first, second my parents- who are both lawyers are going to have to come in and then ill tell themi know its a scam and make sure to say it loud so that everyone there knows it is
- lynnWe just got back from interface with our "six" kids!! my husband and I are college educated but we fell for their lines...they went on and on about our Beautiful kids, and then, the laminated sheet with the family rate of $5500 came out for the head shots!!!! are you kidding me?? we said that we knew real agencies don't ask for money up front. when i asked her what my kids earning potential was to make up for the 5 grande she could not tell me. the worst part was that there were so many middle and lower middle class people there that were getting their pictures taken!! Don't go!!!!!!!!!!!
- LCII also recieved calls from this number. I did not recognize the number so I didn't answer. They called me two times a day, every day for over a week before leaving a message. As to which when they finally left a message they where looking for someone else. Apparently they were calling the wrong number. I called back and without hassle they took me off their calling list and I haven't heard from them since.
- NicoleInterFace scammed my friend over $500, because she cancelled her photoshoot (WITHIN THE 3 DAY LIMIT!) It took them over 4 months to give a full refund of the money. This place is definitely a scam. They sniped me out while I was walking around the mall in a sweatshirt and my boyfriend's sweatpants, with my hair pulled back, with no makeup on. Trust me, no legitimate modeling agency would want that...

- Just got little smarter****This company is totally a scam.
****They are bad people with no heart, have no shame that trick innocent people.
****They hire people to walk in and out so it looks like they have a lots of customer (victims)
****Yes, if you have an appointment, they would call you many times to confirm the time you must arrived and saying "it's an important meeting, don't be late because our director will be at the office on time....." of course nice people don't make others waiting so they got there on time, ***perfect+easy for them to start manage group of people walking around pretending they are customers***
****All kids' profiles they show you look real, but they are FAKE!!
****They will rush you to pay and sign their stupid-self-fish contract, you might not have time to read it, and if you use credit card + sign the contract, tyou can not cancel the transaction, and the credit card company can not help you because you signed the contract, and you must pay them.

My son IS very handsome so I never doubted that someone might want him to sign on. But not this kind of place I suppose. I am glad I looked up their name! I just wish my son hadn't talked to them and given them all our information!!!! Thanks for the help!

- PTThey actually try to recruit people on craigslist as well for their 'call center' but it is really a telemarketing job. I started questioning whether or not I really wanted to make a trip down to Norwalk from where I live for 12 bucks an hour. When I called the number back and there was no answer and not even a voicemail or auto attendant the red flag went up. A real call center will have all these things. Trust me I know I worked in the field nearly 15 years. I am not going to the interview it just doesn't add up.

- CMMy daughter and 2 of her friends had the same experience as everyone is stating here. A woman named Tanya called us again today(the number just stating Stamford, CT)after not keeping our appointments and got very harassing over the phone telling me that it is my fault that her bosses are yelling at her and she is now in trouble because we failed to keep our appointments. After getting off the phone with her (actually hanging up on her rudeness) I found them listed with the BBB and realized I did the best thing for myself and my daughters friends. All I can say is I did the right thing!!!
- Tanya| 1 replyyou freakin [***], i didnt harraass you if you set an appointment you are suppose to show up. I made my director come in and wait for you three promising him you would show up since you guaranteed me 100% you would be here and that is why i asked to make sure. So my director came in just to meet with your daughters and you caNCEL 5 minutes before you couldnt have figured out you werent interested before.. that was the problem!!!!!!!!!!!!

- stacy| 1 replyok you up above me are completely worng because every place that i have looked into has asked for money because you need to pay for photoshoots before you can get jobs. i went to my interview paid the money did the photoshoot went thru some [***] to get my pictures airbrushed but as sson as that was done started getting work..ive only been able to do one job but i loved it. i was in a movie with big name stars. so no this place is not a scam you people just wont give them the time and money!!
- stacysorry that wasnt for you i was reading another one and didnt realize there was more pages lol sorryyy
- IZZYUm. Yeah, I think it's cause maybe you all filled out that card with info on it...and you wanted their call. I am a teen and am very serious about singing, and while I was in the mall, I was singing and they stopped me, telling me I would have a good chance at being a singer. again, you guys filled the card out. Shouldn't you be expecting the call???
- LouiseHope this helps everyone:
My son filled out information at the Danbury Fair Mall for Inter Face Talent Network. they gave him a business card with a real street address (not a PO Box) and they have a website interFACEtalet.com
If you didnt give anyone info in the mall (or elsewhere) it's possible that someone else did thinking you or your child would benefit.
I haven't called back or checked out their website, but i will check out the site
