I received a phone called on 12/27/2011 from my daughter who has been missing for few weeks.  She was not able to speak and hang up immediately.  Very worry for her well being.  I called back and this number connected me to direct sat TV.  Can the police or provider of this number help investigate?

Received a threatening call with the voice slightly altered warning me to stay away from her estranged husband.

My 14 year old son went missing today in Prescott Valley, Az. He called from this phone number late this afternoon and said he was in Sedona, AZ BUT NOT SURE HOW HE GOT THERE. We tried calling it back but, same as above it said it was possibly connected to direct satellite tv. The phone call got cut off before he could tell us that he was ok or where he was. He does not now remember any guy that let him use his phone. Of course we are thankful that he is safe but this is a bit scary that this number is connected to so many random and scary experiences. is it possible it's a number that other calls get routed through as a blocker? There's so many posts I haven't read them all so I apologize. Thanks for any input.

Grateful mom!

It's a number in a rehab center,

I just received a call from this number 2149695489 and told me it was a collect call from a Robert Donny, however this phone number does not except collect calls so do I want to pay for this call with a credit card?  Gee what a scam this is.. I told them I did not know such a person and they said thank you and hung up.. it was an automated female's voice...

Now I am reporting this number to anyone he wants to be advised.

how do you know this is a rehab center.. could be a prisoner calling within a jail...trying to get you credit card number.. at least this is how I took it... someome put a stop to this please.

This is from a company that does billing for collect calls from pay phones at exremely high prices.

My worthless brother-in-law calls collect from North Carlonia to Houston asking for money and this is the caller ID dispalyed.

I'm thinking of writing the FCC because accepting a 5 minute call can cost more that $30 dollars.

just got a call from this same number on my cell phone., was my husband calling from a payphone in wells , nv his cell had no signal there.. pretty confusing.

Got a call today from this nymber saying it was an inmate at the jail there in dallas. although i could not hear the name of the person that was calling me, i do know alot of people that live out there but none that have my home phone number. and the one that did is dead. when i called the number back i got the do do do. this number is no longer in service or cant be connected. please check the number and try again. but it did not disconnect after that like it useally does when that happens. it stayed silent. so the collect call said that the number that whoever was on the line calling me that my phone could not be billed and would need to bill directly to a CC number. and to enter my 16 digit CC number in now.

Thought i would let yall know that this is common pratice in texas. its called 1DI0T B0X. what it is, its a box that you can make for about 19 bucks from radio shack. hooks up to any payphone and uses tones to generate calls and with a little tech knowhow you can make any assortment of messages to be played to anyone using a random number generator. useally asking for CC info in some way or form. HEAD UPS! Americans are [***]. I am one. but this country is Nigeria's 3rd largest import of money is American E-Mail scans. Why do you think they deal in USD

number  not in service

This is a phone number that shows up when someone is using a calling card that gives random numbers that you cant call back....it's not the number they are calling from

Harrassing calls they call me but I can't call them

its from a halfway house or rehab you should answer they say theyre name n youll no whom it it i live in philly n got a call

who are you kept calling my house

I got a call from this # with a man's voice but you can barely understand what his name is or what he needs then the woman's voice came saying it was a collect call that will be charge to me.  If I would like to accept this call, it was asking for a credit card#.  It just keep calling back after.  I read some of the info here and some says it's a payphone from TX but I don't think so because it calls like around 2:00 am & who calls around that time?  I think it's a hacker that uses payphone lines.

got a call from this, from a payphone at the mental hospital my friend just got transferred to. it was him, i think payphones must give random numbers or something. my cousin got the same thing when her father in law was in the hospital

Recibí una llamada de este # de teléfono y no estoy segura del mensaje que me dejaron.

Got a call from this number at 130am. It was a guy claiming to be from mmxm.com said his name was zachary and he needed more information for a application. He had a raspy voice. I was freaking out and cursing at him cuz idk who it was and why they were calling me at 130am, I kept asking who was this and he would just say zachary, then he said he would get his manager and he hung up....I'm shaking right now! He knew my name.

I got a call from this number...it was from my boyfriend..he said he was in Limon Colorado at a payphone..when I tried to call it back it says the number is not in service but they can give me numbers to similar businesses..and it lists 3 cable companies...I'm confused too.

My boyfriend just got a call from this number. Some guy left a voicemail and said "hey P****! Pick up your phone!" then it asked if he wanted to accept the charges. We live in PA.
