Hi, I just stumbled onto this site and really after reading all of your posts on here kind of feeling sick to my stomach as the stories kind of sound the same to what has occurred for me in the last few weeks except that it’s not on match.com but on LinkedIn.   He’s a consultant for vanguard International, just close the deal with clients from Dubai, is a widower  with a daughter who lives with his mom and aunt in France and had a son who died.   His daughter wants to be an aerionautical  engineer/pilot. He rates beautiful love letters and claims to have fallen in love with me.   He does seem to not answer all the questions that I asked. He hasn’t asked for money or any of personal contact info yet. All he has is my Gmail address and my cell number. Do you have a picture that he sent you or can I send you the pic  that he sent me.  I want to figure this out before I get invested any further. Your help with this is appreciated.

It is scam 100%, 84 pages, just read, he didn't ask for money, not yet, but he will.
If I would be you, I would block him from the phone, change email address and ruuuun!

Same thing but the name he used was David Nolan Smith from Kent, UK.  He fouund my picture on LinkedIn.  He was widowed and had a daughter 15 who lives in a Paris with his mother and aunt.  His  Mother died.  Vanguard Investment International was the company he turned in his resignation to.  I was smart enough to research that name and DOB on facebook, ancestry, all over Internet.   I found nothing under that name   I played along to see how far he would go.  He said if I ever stopped talking to him he would die.   Then I researched scammers and found letters the exact emails he would write to me.   I researched the bank to see if it was ligitimate.  The bank was real.  Then I called the US Vanguard Investment and he was not a consultant or employee of the company.  So ladies if you get emails get enough information and start researching that person right away.  Never send money for any reason.   Reread the emails from them you will see a lot of descripencies in them.  Be smart not dumb.

Talking to same guy, word for word, and it's April 21, 2018, using the number, 619-786-0831, says his name is Alexis Barrios, only, wife and Dad died on same day, mum is died in Greece, he's running back and forth from UK to Greece,  Financial broker for trust bond capital, 2 kids, boy & girl, twins in air force.. wish this guy would be caught and destored...

4/2018, he's on Zoosk prowling, name Alexis Barrios...same guy, word for word..

He's also using ALEXIS ROKO BARRIOS,  a financial broker for trust bond capital, out of UK, living in Washington DC , from  San Diego California where he came from Italy when he was 8!!!! This guy has been  scamming a lot of people for a while now!!

Has my phone # and gmail.However the phone # he gave me was 530-494-9016 and the name Matthew Edward.
He said he lives in Lewiston, Maine father and son died, Mom in France with daughter wife Angela died 7 years ago and he was not looking for romance but came across my pic.
Once my husband found the love letter he told him to stay away no uncertain ways and now disappeared, but caused me a lot of difficulties in my personal life. Please, please contact me I cannot report him on Linked In because I don't know his name. I would love to send you the letter he sent me. The photo he sent me was actually dazzling. The guy now is hitting on people from LinkedIn- married or not he doesn't care. Name used is Matthew Edward Hone number is 530-494-9016. Vanguard International Investor. Same story, but did call me from a phone at Fort Kent UK.

I did the same thing. He is using the name John Desiderio. I need to know who to report it to. He is still contacting me.

His new name is Alessio Bianchi and phone no’s are +9177652424 and the other +441473379565 and email address is  alessiobianchifunds@gmail.com.I have received an exact email from him with name changes.He has an accomplice who says is his daughter and her name is Dianne Bianchi and her phone no is +15734011109 .The other no is +441245891184.
