I invested in Aviawest, and guess what  Money is gone.......SCAM!!!!!!  I think they are going bankrupt!  STAY AWAY FROM AVIAWEST

We stupidly bought 40,000 RCI travel points through Aviawest in 2008. Sucked in through the "you have won a key to a Lexus car"  phone call . Followed a  by super high pressure sales team effort. Now they send us a letter DEMANDING maintenance fees  be paid for in advance with less than 8 business days to comply to their monthly payment plan just before Christmas!
We have offered them our points back (we paid $16,081.14 for them + maintenance and RCI fees) and we have even offered to pay the legal tranfer fees. We have asked that they let us out of the contract and we are giving them back our points back and have 80,000 points  banked and  EVERYTHING paid up to date! We are willing to let Aviawest keep our $16,081.14 and sure hope that they will let us out of this contract. I guess only time will tell.  This is starting to feel like a VERY EXPENSIVE prison sentance! I hope my next post has something positive to say about Aviawest!

Andrew should retire because he is old and has no business sense. Making stupid purchases like the a place I think he said it was called the pinnacle.
Lawrence spends money on stupid things. Maybe he should sell his mansion and boat so he could pay off the 98 million that his family owes and if they are really in trouble that they should do some cut backs of there own. He also said that Lawrence thinks he knows everything, just a know it all. He also said that Lawrence wants his dad to step down so he could take over. They constantly fight in front of people.
Maybe you should grow some balls and tell them that you are tired of being sent to all the different locations because you can't keep a manager long enough at any location.

It's a scam, but its aviawest. They took my husband and I for over $15,000 because they didnt' cancel our contract when we requested. Please please please do not get suckered into this.

They are a scam now judging by all the trouble they are with BC Securiyies Commissions. Ripped clients for over $12million. Google the name Aviawest. Surprise surprise...You brainwashed much?

I bought a timeshare with AVIAWEST by the end of 2011.  By the beginning of 2012, I was completely disappointed with them because they did not honour their contract and I stop paying them.  Shortly after, they threatening me with taking me to court and did the same.  I contracted a lawyer, who at the end I had to let go.  By July 2012, I went to court against AVIAWEST and I won the trial right on the spot.  AVIAWEST was order to pay me back around $2,500.00 dollars.  Until know, I have not heard from AVIAWEST and I have not received any compensation either.  Today, I received an invoice from RCI for $178.25 dollars, which I do not intend to pay, of course.   Back in July, 2012, I was informed by the Judge who ruled on my favour to ignore any companies such as CRELOGIX and RCI which may try to scare me into paying them anything.  My question, should I wait for RCI and CRELOGIX to take me to court or should I begin to start a new trial against them to get my money back?  I am sure of one thing; I will not pay them a penny.

I am being hassled about this right now.  I refused to pay my aviawest account after they said I could cancel my contract and continued billing me.

Today I got a call from there collection branch and they are threatening to take me court for the 14K I owe.

Who is a good lawyer for dealing with this?

Read your message and was wondering if you made any progress with Crelogix.  When we signed up with Aviawest we were told that we could cancel within the first year and get 75% of our money back.  The club is now gone and we are still owing Crelogix for what?  I talked to Crelogix and they said we still owed them the money.
