It's a scam, but its aviawest. They took my husband and I for over $15,000 because they didnt' cancel our contract when we requested. Please please please do not get suckered into this.

They are a scam now judging by all the trouble they are with BC Securiyies Commissions. Ripped clients for over $12million. Google the name Aviawest. Surprise surprise...You brainwashed much?

I bought a timeshare with AVIAWEST by the end of 2011.  By the beginning of 2012, I was completely disappointed with them because they did not honour their contract and I stop paying them.  Shortly after, they threatening me with taking me to court and did the same.  I contracted a lawyer, who at the end I had to let go.  By July 2012, I went to court against AVIAWEST and I won the trial right on the spot.  AVIAWEST was order to pay me back around $2,500.00 dollars.  Until know, I have not heard from AVIAWEST and I have not received any compensation either.  Today, I received an invoice from RCI for $178.25 dollars, which I do not intend to pay, of course.   Back in July, 2012, I was informed by the Judge who ruled on my favour to ignore any companies such as CRELOGIX and RCI which may try to scare me into paying them anything.  My question, should I wait for RCI and CRELOGIX to take me to court or should I begin to start a new trial against them to get my money back?  I am sure of one thing; I will not pay them a penny.

I am being hassled about this right now.  I refused to pay my aviawest account after they said I could cancel my contract and continued billing me.

Today I got a call from there collection branch and they are threatening to take me court for the 14K I owe.

Who is a good lawyer for dealing with this?

Read your message and was wondering if you made any progress with Crelogix.  When we signed up with Aviawest we were told that we could cancel within the first year and get 75% of our money back.  The club is now gone and we are still owing Crelogix for what?  I talked to Crelogix and they said we still owed them the money.
