no messages they just call

I received this calling, and she asked me a lot of information about me.So I stoped talking.I don't believe her

This number keeps calling me and leaves no message!

I have been in and out of the hospital since giving birth in april. They have been calling me everyday at least 8 or 9 times on my cell phone... I took surveys AT the hospital after each visit. I have had a voicemail left by these people and not only was it heavy breathing someone spoke something in a foreign language. Very irritating. I will answer next time and if they ask me one question other than my hospital stay i will be filing suit.

I have been getting called from this 301 number.  Tell them to stop calling, they don't.  I finally called:

800-473-1771  8:30 to 5:30 EST.
Asked the woman to take my number off.  She said they weren't a "telemarketer".  REALLY?  THEN WHY THE HECK ARE YOU CALLING ME?!  
SO....after I explained to her that I have military ins and are not affiliated with them AT ALL, she severely apologized, went into a little rant about "what they are all about", don't care, and proceeded to take my info to take me out of the system.

I got the same number calling! and no messages!

It is "Health Stream" I called the number back and it said they are conducting a survey about health care or a recent visit but could not connect me to a representative because of all the surveys they are conducting.

I just dont answer those calls from unknown area codes, if you are not in my contact list I don't amswer.   And if you can't leave a message then I really know!

I don't care what they are about if I don't know the caller ID that shows up I don't answer.  I leave it for the answering machine to screen.  Generally they do not leave a message.  The FTC law is that telemarketers are not allowed to call ANYONE that has their phone numbers listed with the National DNC registry.  However.....  we all know that law and a few dollars can buy you a coffee at Starbucks etc.  The law also states that the law does not apply to survey takers.  They can call you anytime, any day of their choosing.  So, get smart and don't answer any calls you don't know.  You don't have to pay for these calls, THEY do!  Then of course if you do answer the call and they want you to take a "short" survey, you are not required by any law to take it.  Simply say "I don't participate in surveys of any type, goodbye".  Then hang up.  Don't wait for them to respond to your statement.  Don't feel guilty for declining and hanging up.  It is YOUR right to refuse.  Don't bother asking them to take your number off of their list.  They won't do it and no law in this country will make them do it.  Unless you have asked them to do so and document the date and time you asked them to do it.  Then if they call you up to 3 or 4 more times you can file an online complaint with the FTC and provide them with the date you requested them to take you off their list and the date and times they continued to call. If the FTC gets enough of these types of complaints on the company calling they will investigate them for it as it is a violation and considered harrassment.
The information I have provided here is available to anyone that logs onto the FTC website and the National DNC Registry website.  Take time to read it and put yourself a step ahead of the callers.  It really works for you as an individual.  Not necessarily protected by filing the complaint with the FTC unless enough complaints are filed against an individual entity.  Give it a try.

They called around 9:15 and left a voicemail. It was of a woman singing a lullabye. i'm freaking out. i feel like its one of those "one missed call things."

OK so I got one of these calls on my cell, I didn't answer it, they didn't leave a message. The number came up on caller ID so that is how I found this site through Google. sometimes if I feel onery I'll answer the call listen to them talk and pretend I am old, feeble, hard of hearing, keep asking them to repeat themselves, say Idunno, or I'll say something like well just a moment let me get my (son, daughter or whoever) then change my voice and start all over with them in my being hard of hearing. LOL  I figure if they wanna waste my time, I can waste theirs, too. Sometimes I even answer their questions with an odd answer like if they ask if I have been on the hospital, I might say "23", or if they ask if I have car insurance I say "orange".

Called my cell and didn't leave a message. I googled the # and found this site and the comments. I called the # and got a machine saying, "this survey is not active at this time." and then it hung up on me.
