Called, and I didn't pick up. No message. I never answer, or talk to "survey" telemarketing companies like this. They need to adjust the Do Not Call law, and possibly HIPAA as well.
They're like the paparazzi, not worth half a cent.

Report them to the BBB and FTC.

If you were recently hospitalized, this is a "research/survey company" hired by the hospital to contact you about your recent stay. Each time my husband goes in for a minimum of 3 days, I receive their calls. You can absolutely 1. not answer the phone, or 2. tell them that you would rather not participate.
They are not a bill collector, they are simply conducting a survery based on your stay. By the way this hospital was part of Fransician Health in Tacoma, WA

Called and hung up. Searched the number on google found this site. Kali cannot be 100% accurate with her info as no one in my household has been hospitalized lately. And I got a new phone number recently and no one knows it not even the doctors. This is my cell phone that was called. Pretty sure its a scam and if not then they have nothing better to do than just straight up bug people. I live in Kansas and there is no reason a Maryland number needs to be calling me ever.

They want to do a survey about your recent trip to the emergency room. I did go to the ER on the day that they said so I took the survey and said I was happy with my hospital. The lady on the phone was nice.

I just got a call from this number came up healthstream but they did not leave a message

They are calling me as of today 2 calls.

I recieved a call a just a few minutes ago.

I received a call yesterday and didn't answer it because I didn't know anyone in Laurel MD. No message. After reading over everyone's responses I still can't figure out if its ligit or not. I haven't been to the ER or hospitalized lately, so it seems to be phony.

Calls and will not dispaly who they are or whom they represent.
had to list them on my reject list to stop the calls.
