I recieved the call to day and immediately asked for his firms license number and bar info and he got rude and really mad when i told hime to take his turban off and floss his butt with it. He said ok laugh now cry later when you are arrested. I said Buddy you will never see me cry when i see your entire criminal ring being arested on the world news and even told him i had the FBI on the line with us and he immediately hung up

I recieved a phone call yesterday from 323-331-9189 saying my name and social was involved in a lawsuit. to please call this same number back ext. 209 to talk to someone about this matter. I called it back and it was the same guy. He said that they were going to get the Sheriffs office to serve me with the documentation of the loan, subpuona to court, and my arrest warrant (saying I would serve 6 months in jail) for an unpaid loan. He said that the loan place considered the money stolen. The supposed amount was 745.36. I had 2-3 hours from that phone call to go to the nearest Dollar General and get a prepaid Visa Credit Card with the full amount and call him back or I was going to jail. Right after this phone call I went to my local PD and they said this was a scam. So i called the number constantly and kept hearing it was a non working number. My fiance called off his phone and they answered. The Mid Western whatever guy told him to stop calling his F****** phone and hung up. Everytime we get them to answer we ask them where they are located and they hang up. I finally got them to answer 24 hrs later and they refuse to tell me the company that is suing me and he is very rude!!!!! This SCAMMER needs to go down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope no one is giving these people money. I know they are not getting anything from me, and I hope not you either.

I dont know who this is they clam they know me and are suing me when i havent done anything at all in my life and they sound like they are from a nother county

Received a call from some jerk who couldn't even speak proper English.  He (Logan Fernandez) said he was from the States Attorney's office and asked to speak to someone.  He was told that person wasn't here and asked if I would pass a message.  I took the information knowing full well this idiot was a low-life liar (since when does any States attorney office work on Saturday, especially in California??).  So I guess you know what I did with the message

This happened to my buddy at work, reallt strange, they had to hack into a resource for this information.  So I guess we cant trust anyone no matter what they say anymore.  He had a very thick Indian  accent, which is bad.  Now everyone with this scamm coming to them will get all racist on them , and can you blame them.. Someone needs to take this [***] down.

Just got the call today same thing. But I'm harassing them now its pretty funny cause sometimes they don't know they didn't hang up and you can hear them saying the same thing to another potential victim  I'm not going to stop calling they tell me to f off ha wrong guy here to try and steal my money trust me they will get whats coming to them

I received this message upon returning to work this morning 323 331 9189....stating that I was being sued for a cash advanced. WHAT? I asked for the company the amount of the loan and the date the loan was taking out and Indian accent gentleman stated that did not have this information. He did say the police will arrest me at my place of employment and I will serve the min of 30 days in jail.

I was freaked out and then another company 813 418 7426 called my cell and stated the same information for a different company. Stated that they wanted to make an example out of me. This company was from Florida. Stated I could pay 632 and some change today and that would clear everything up. When I asked what account this loan was sent to he stated that he didn't have that information.

This is so crazy and I am calling both Florida and California state attorney's office right now....

This morning my sister got the same call I've just read, the description of the person is the same the name she was told is an italian name. I researched the number and it came back to a cell phone number. This person threatened my sister after she told them she didn't recieve a pending loan? He said he was from the U.S Attorney's office, this was at 8:30 am this morning. He was calling from California which is a 3 hour difference. Soooo that was a big flag for me. This guy then told her that the police was going to pick her up from her job! I told her it was a scam but it unnerved her so I had to reseach it myself. I got  a residence number from that number other names attached to the same address. Yes, it is a scam and these ppl need to reported, to the local police in Los Angeles, this is where this number orginates from. There are all kinds of charges that can be brought against them,
fraud, harrassment and impersonating a an official dept and agent of the US Attorneys office to name a few'.......

I got the same phone call today from cash advanced - mike Taylor. When I called them back they kept hanging up on me!

I think someone is selling info to these a--holes a very rude guy called me @ work and asked me if i had an attorney I told him no he then suggested I have my attorney call this # 323.331.9189 This is a total scam when is someone gonna stop this KB

I got a call from these people yesturday, they left me a voicemail. I said the man was Asian but middle eastern sound better, I could barely understand him but what I did get was "have your atternoy call me or you please don't disregard this message, if you choose to disregard this message I wish you luck as the situation unfolds on you". I tried calling the number over and over and all I got was the person is out of the service area or just a humming noise. I was freaking out all day thinking that something was wrong as I am involved in court right now for family issues. These people need to stop cause as I red above someone will be impacted worse then me from this.

I'm getting the same calls.  It's a scam.  323 area code is Los Angeles area.  The person who called me had a thick accent, sounded like East Indian.  If they call again I'm getting hold of an attorney.

I talked very nice to him, told him that I was sorry for how I talked to him the 1st time he called. And I would like to resolve this problem.He asked me if I was going to pay ,I told him that I wanted to talk to him for a little bit.I started asking him questions, does your mother know u r doing this? NO. Do u know this is wrong? YES. Why are u doing this? Only way to make money, he says.He told me that if he gets caught telling me this he will get FIRED, I said will he BEAT you? YES. He also told me he was from Pakistan. He asked me if I was tracing him I told him NO. Then when I had him on the phone for 23 minutes, I hollered out DO YOU HAVE THE TRACE?  Then I told him that I lied and there was a Detective here and they had me do this. I told him that I Pray for him, and to PLEASE get a REAL JOB. Then I hung up. We need to stick together and STOP this!

got a call from mike cooper stating he works for state attorneys office and that a legal action has been filed and to call kevin peterson at 3233319189.  i asked what it was about he said i cant tell you to call him.   then i asked for a 800 numer and was told there is not one. i asked him name again and he proceeded to yell and get upset so i hung up.  i tried calling the 323 number and no oone answers it.  i decided to look up this so called attny kevin peterson and mike cooper and found this web site.

Today I had a missed call from this number 3233319189 on caller I.D on my cell phone it said Los Angeles Ca.and on my  voice mail a lady by the name of launa watson left me a message saying that

Attorney? I said what?why do I need an attorney for I didn't even apply for
One and then he kept hanging up on me numerous times.he still
